Our B&B is a real house and our three wonderful rooms are the perfect expression of our philosophy of humble greeting and hospitality. We're located in the very center of Alba, as you step outside you'll be immediately captured by our city's daylife, in the most representatives places of the "town of a hundred towers". A beautiful vacation with the unique touch of Casa Agnese and the historical heritage of Alba. Casa Agnese is located in a very convenient place, quiet for relaxing but still just one step from Via Vittorio Emanuele. You'll be able to discover the lovely atmosphere of our medieval town and see beautiful monuments, towers and buildings perfectly treasured. The streets running alongside Casa Agnese are the best place to do shopping with plenty of boutiques, local products' shops, libraries and restaurants.

The B&B consists of three guest rooms and a breakfast area in a non-description building close to the city center that was the Agnese’s home at one point. The rooms are all modern and well maintained. Ours had a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, and a spacious bathroom although the shower was a bit cozy. Everything’s worked flawlessly.
Shops and restaurants are literally only a few blocks away and a car is actually more of a hindrance than a help.
Breakfast included excellent home made breads and pastries, cheeses and cold meats, cereals, juices, and coffee.
But the best part of Casa Agnese is the owner. Alberto knows many of the business owners in town so he also knows which restaurants offer the best value and called the owners at home when we were otherwise unable to arrange reservations on our own. He also knows the owner of the local ride service and arranged for us to be picked at different times when the tour operator we were using for a self-guided hiking tour wasn’t responsive. He’s exceptionally gracious and helpful - more so than just about any other B&B host we’ve run across in almost four decades of traveling.
We expect to return to Alba before our traveling days come to an end and when we do we will be staying at Casa Agnese

We could not recommend Casa Agnese more! Wow!! 😊 Our stay was perfect in every way. Alberto replied, very patiently, to my many questions and emails prior to our stay. (Thank you, again!) He thought of everything..even contacting me before our arrival to make sure he made us dinner reservations as our stay was during a busy time in Alba. Our room was wonderful, spotless, beds were very comfortable.... Alberto has thought of every little detail to make sure his guests are well taken care of! He even set our TV to the English speaking channels before our arrival.. Breakfast was delicious..... homemade bread and pastries every morning. The location is perfect for a visit to Alba...very easy walk to the train station, the Saturday markets, the old Town. Thank you, Alberto for an amazing visit. We hope to see you again! Alberto is the most gracious and efficient host/proprietor, who leaves no details untouched. His B&B is charming and well appointed. It is centrally located, walking distance to all the Old Town shops and bars, without mentioning it being walking distance to my favorite Michelin 3 stars restaurant in the world - Piazza Duomo Alba and I had been to over 50. You will wake up and find yourself being pampered with the most sumptuous breakfast offerings in the morning . We will definitely come back and bring friends with us.

Loved our stay at Casa Agnese. The owner was so kind and the breakfast spread each morning was perfect. It was a cozy and lovely spot to stay while exploring Piedmont. The owner was super helpful with lots of details on places to eat, shop, etc. Can't wait to return!

Alberto is the ultimate proprietor & host, sparing no effort or details to make sure his guests felt right at home. We stayed at his B&B again, after a most memorable stay in 2021, in spite of the disappointing truffles season in Alba. The truffles were better this year, but I am feasting on better white truffles now in Hong Kong for my three weeks vacation.
Alberto went out of his way to procure us a private driver and assisted in making reservations at wineries for us. He gets 6 stars from us!

Alberto was an amazing host. He helped us with restaurant and wine tasting recommendations and gave great advice both before and during our stay. He was a friendly resource available every day during delicious breakfast. The accommodations were clean, modern and comfortable. We especially enjoyed having a comfortable common "living room" for relaxing during the afternoon heat. The location was perfect for walking around central Alba and the parking was easy and secure.

We came to this perfect place following reviews we read.
We are so happy that we chose this fantastic place . A central place and close to the heart of Alba, surrounded by alleys with many restaurants and shops,
the room was spacious and extremely clean,
Alberto received us in a warm way and made us feel at home.
The room was well equipped and set with all our requirements and even more.
Alberto helped us with all the information about the area and booked us places for 3 restaurants for dinner, everything was delicious and pleasant,
Even when we had an unusual request about a pillow for the bed, Alberto made sure to fulfill it and we really appreciated that.

Friendly and helpful owner. Alberto was just the friendliest and most helpful host. He gave us very good recommendations for restaurants, things to do and when. He and his wife bake their own breakfast goodies, which is served as part of the B&B experience. The place is clean and centrally located. You could not find a better place to stay in central Alba.

Superb accommodation in Alba. The owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating - even picking us up from the station to take us to our apartment which was bright and spacious with coffee and food supplied in a welcome pack. Great range of restaurants close to accommodation.

This B&B is well located & Alberto the consummate host. Large modern light & quiet room with balcony. Roomy modern bathroom, excellent storage & secure wifi which many other accommodation providers don’t provide. Good breakfast including lovely homemade pastries. For those with a car secure onsite parking. Only a 5minute walk from train station. Alberto very engaging, providing good information & fine restaurant recommendations.
