We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Cascina Giardini. The farmhouse is set in a beautiful location, with a wonderful view of the hazelnut trees on one side and grapes on the other. We had a very comfortable room on the second floor with a spacious balcony and comfy chairs, ideal for sitting outside at sunset drinking wine and admiring the view.
As other reviewers have commented, the breakfast is lovely, especially as practically everything served is produced on the farm - from the fresh eggs, cherries, strawberries, olives, cucumbers11 Not to mention the freshly baked cakes and biscuits baked by mama Rosa who is the most warm hearted and charming lady. Andrea, the son, is amazing - a font of local information, we found ourselves changing some of our plans and doing everything he suggested, and we were not sorry!. He booked us great restaurants and wine tours, and showed endless patience every morning by helping us plan our route - even though he was busy with other guests as well.
I can totally recommend staying here, it's close to all places to visit in the Langhe region, hospitality , patience and kindness was terrific and the place is spotlessly clean!!!!

Cascina Giardini was such a lovely place to stay. It’s a working hazelnut farm located in the hills of Piemont with everything you could ever want right there - excellent food, vineyards, beautiful views. The property is also very close to the city of Alba, so it’s very easy to go visit the truffle festival! Andrea and his lovely mother were the perfect hosts. Rosa cooked delicious breakfasts every morning with their own products and Andrea was always there for excellent suggestions of where to go, what to do (and most importantly) what to eat. Ercule, the farm kitty was also always up for a little cuddle! All in all, it was a great experience and I cannot wait to go back!

Absolutely the best B and B I have ever stayed at. The family is lovely. Andrea has personally taken each tour he recommends and his guidance is priceless. His lovely mother makes a homemade breakfast feast for the guest daily. I have ciliac and she made me gluten free amazing cakes each morning and her homemade jams are to die for, the fig jam is unreal and she gave us a jar on our departure.
The farmhouse is lovely and impeccably clean and cared for. The tour of the hazelnut working orchard was fantastic. The garden and orchards provide the produce for your breakfast.
The rooms all face the garden and are the perfect spot for morning coffee.
You are a lovely drive to Barolo and La Morra, no more than 20 to 25 minutes and the drive in the fall while the vineyards are a blaze with color is breathtaking.
I will return and bring friends! Great place amazing value!

Great location, very quiet and close to Alba. Renovated farm with a beautiful seating area and a "forest" of hazelnuts around. The hosts are very nice, Andrea will advise you in every area (what to see, where to taste wine and, of course, where to eat) and his mother will bake / prepare wonderful local delicacies for breakfast. I highly recommend!

This farmhouse is cozy and tranquil and a perfect location to explore the surrounding wine region. the highlight is definitely the wonderful breakfast serving a wide selection of homemade artisan products. The owners are very helpful and the apartment was beautiful, clean and cozy. Surrounded by Hazelnut trees and nature this is a peaceful haven. Andrea has many recommendations for restaurants and explorations nearby.

Hello, we stayed at Cascina Giardini four days, to spend a small holiday in the Langhe in Piemonte.consigli highly this spectacular place, surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut trees on the hills of Alba. A family-run Bed end Breakfast, we were guests of Andrea and his cute mother Rosa, who among other things cooks delicious cakes and other culinary specialties, which you can find in the excellent breakfast in the morning, also there are many other typical local products from savory to sweet, we found impeccable cleanliness, a great welcome Andrea is a friendly person , attentive and very helpful. Well, we have just returned from a Road Trip around Italy and France and whilst in Alba, we stayed at Cascina Giardini. We booked it purely due to the great reviews and the fact that we were looking for somewhere typically Italian and not in the centre of a town, as such.
I truly cannot recommend this B&B highly enough. It was simply superb. On arriving we were met by Andrea, who owns and manages the property with his lovely mother, Mama Rosa, From the moment we arrived we were treated like family by Andrea, made to feel so welcome and when we met Mama Rosa the following morning at breakfast the same applied, hugged and welcomed us like family members
Cascina Giardini is a beautifully maintained property, spotlessly clean, and with oh so comfy beds. You feel as though you are a thousand miles from the closest town, but in reality are only a 15 minute drive to the centre of Alba, which is a beautiful little city, Downstairs rooms open up to a beautiful terrace and upstairs all have balconies The views from the property really have to be seen to be believed. Truly stunning
Andrea and Rosa provide a veritable feast at breakfast. They take great pride in providing the highest quality natural foods, including eggs courtesy of their own chickens, honey from their own bees, meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, their own fruit juices and of course Mama Rosa's freshly baked cakes,
