Stayed with a tour group. First impressions were good-really ornate smart lobby area but sadly went downhill quite quickly.
Spiral staircase not very practical for a hotel when everyone comes with luggage. Beds too soft & squeaked badly. Soundproofing wasn't anywhere near good enough for the standard of hotel.
Ordered to sit at specific tables at breakfast but not told about this on check in. Some items were not being replenished very quickly at breakfast & wasn't easy to see where to find what you wanted.
Hotel on a busy road in an industrial area. Lidl supermarket next door, one pizzeria down the street, another is advertised but wasn't open when we looked. Otherwise very limited facilities in the immediate area. Evening meals are served at the hotel but no pizzas and menu choices there were had higher prices than any other places we ate in Sicily so didn't bother. Dinner service doesn't open until 7.30.
Shame did not get to use the pool but was glad to only be staying one night. Would not recommend.

Grand Hotel Mosè
Beautiful hotel with particular architecture. Rooms ok but clean. Small bathroom with small shower. Safety box.
Welcoming staff.
Very nice swimming pool and well appointed.
From some rooms, you can hear music from the bar or disco until after 11 a.m.
Restaurant in the evening very good in a large room but it's in the morning at lunch that things get complicated... TOTAL chaos.
Lots of tourists on buses. INTERMINABLE line for coffee. Everyone jostles to help themselves to the buffet which is poorly laid out. It's every man for himself! They should rearrange the counters so that no traffic jams are created.

Rooms and public areas were clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast buffet was the normal. When we arrived, it was raining and staff came out with umbrellas to bring us inside, which I thought was a nice extra. Check In and Check Out was very easy.

Stayed here as part of a tour through Sicily. Maybe back in the days it was a nice hotel, but now it definitely is in need of some work. Mould everywhere. This is a 1 star hotel at best. Plus what’s so difficult about cleaning the plates you serve your food on?

Hotel is very outdated, very very noisy, rooms on the road comes noise from traffic. If you have the bad luck at the elevator, you're all sour. The room doors let a lot of noise through so everything in the hallway is audible. Walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors doing everything. Breakfast is really a travesty. Machines for juices or coffee or tea all do not work. Bakes for bacon and scrambled egg were empty and then after asking if that could be made it was not to eat because the cook put salt over it that the dead sea would have envied. The second day there were bins of egg and bacon, but the hot holders were not on so everything was cold. At the pool they are even too lousy to remove the night rope with poles during the day while the lifeguard sits on his currant all day. A chewing gum receptionist is really an entrant. I'll leave the rest to other guests. The bed is a feather mattress and you constantly roll out. Friends in another room were constantly rolling in. At least not okay.

It looked so beautiful but we were disappointed. Perhaps if we had stayed more than one night, or if we had not been part of a Titan Group of forty two, we may have left with a better impression. The dinner we were served, the manner in which it was served and the dining room reminded me of a school canteen. We gave up half way through.

The hotel is very good in facilities and rooms. It is very new and has a typical Moroccan aesthetic. The breakfast is quite good and the pool looks very good although we couldn't use it as we arrived late. The worst thing is the location is on a road next to a LIDL, it is a kind of polygon. The advantage is that it is easy to park.

Very tasteful complex in the style of a castle!Between palm trees, very sympathetic! In a very easy to find location, on a main road from Agrigento to Gela.Huge parking! Very friendly reception, English no problem!
Lift available.
Pool in the courtyard of this large complex with sun loungers. Very large, bright, breakfast room.
Various room locations, such as main house or side wing, or ground level near pool.
Our room was very clean and well maintained-however 3 shortcomings.
No personal touch in the room like picture or similar-white walls.Window had an inward opening wooden cover, if closed, then pitch dark.No blinds.Unfortunately loud squeaking.
With toilet flushing you would have to press permanently for about 20 seconds, then flushing would be weak.
And the ventilation in the bathroom ran, even after notification, 24 hours.
Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable there.
Perfect base for exploring island, 10 min to Agrigento Centro Storico.10 min to the beach.

my experience was negative , rude and lying staff. the experience with the shower was traumatic for me , the showers do not comply with current regulations their luck was that my daughter had minor injuries. poor hygiene swimming pool of both deck chairs and floor, swimming pool with bricks with poor structure that structurally and decay that you risk getting hurt in the shards of broken tiles. in the breakfast room chairs and tables always dirty with crumbs, always dirty cutlery with halos the food trays uncovered decaying hotel. uncomfortable not suitable for families with children.

As usual, old hotel in (almost desperate) need of renovation. Friendly staff, confused maitre. Small rooms, old bathrooms.
There is a swimming pool which we couldn’t use because they said it’s off season (still 30°C outside). The hotel is build in the shape of an old Arabic desert fort.
Nearby there is not much, a supermarket and a coffee place.
