Beautiful hotel in a stunning garden setting. Flowers, patios, plush gardens create a romantic setting. Rooms are small but adequate, they actually have a quaint feel too them. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with fresh fruit, baked goods, fresh coffee and juices.

I do not believe the hotel has an elevator. As for a balcony, our second floor room at the end of the hall had a very small balcony...but only large enough for standing not for sitting on furniture.
