Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Actually we were there not only this April but also in November 2023 (so we saw it before and after the renovation: it was great before, in the original version, and WONDERFUL now, since the restyling has made improvements to the bar / restaurant day very well apt!). As my husband and I love golf, the fact that the hotel allows you to train on site on a small (but functional) driving range is an excellent plus. The property is beautiful, it is in a great location because it is quiet but you can get to the center of Abano with a fantastic 10-15 minute walk and always safely. You are attached to the beautiful sanctuary of Monteortone and that is also a nice visit to do. The hotel has many great services, the pools are very pleasant even in the autumn season (we were there in November) and the Spa is fabulous. The staff is all really commendable, the renovated rooms are magnificent and overall the atmosphere is just top.
All massage/aesthetic/physiotherapy services are essentially impeccable.
You also eat very well.
The hotel is at the center of everything, and since this is also a great feature we plan to return many more times, whether it's for a long weekend of sports or even to visit Padua (done) Venice and all the surroundings full of beautiful realities to admire and live to the fullest.
Continue your excellent work (and thanks to my in-laws who invited us to meet this nice hotel!)

Friendly, helpful staff, everyone always with a smile. Impeccable cleanliness, from the rooms, to the swimming pools, to the restaurant, through all the environments. At the foot of the Euganean Hills, surrounded by greenery, away from any type of noise. Very large, well-kept garden, deckchairs well spaced from each other, plenty of space to sunbathe but also large spaces of natural shade. Very beautiful outdoor and indoor infinity pools, full of hydromassages. Sun loungers immersed in thermal water. Excellent and varied food, just as the self-service formula for lunch and dinner and the buffet breakfast are excellent. Possibility to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside without any supplement. The bar is also very nice and well-stocked, it is worth taking a break in the shade of the umbrellas surrounded by the splendid garden.
After having stayed in various hotels in the area I absolutely recommend THIS hotel, especially to those looking for a few days of peace, surrounded by nature and with large and truly beautiful swimming pools.
I renew my most sincere congratulations and... we'll see each other again!

I spent a wonderful day spa day at this facility.
The indoor and outdoor pools are equipped with hydromassage jets and beds, cervical waterfalls and Kneipp path.
Very well-kept and spacious lawn with a view of the Euganean Hills; sunbeds and umbrellas are available, as well as the presence of large trees to enjoy pleasant shade.
Thorough cleaning of bathrooms and changing rooms.
Highly recommended!

A Spa with mediocre facilities.
Small swimming pool
sunbeds all occupied
the plastic grating of the pool entrance moves and trips
tiles that come off but...... ABOVE ALL you have to rent towels and bathrobes and there is NOTHING. to drink , Tea or water like all Spas
but please.......
Go to the Relilax in Montegrotto costs less and they give you everything included even to drink.
Don't go there, it's okay for the Germans

Good morning everyone,

I would like to do a complete and impartial review so perhaps I will dwell a little. My husband and I spent the week of August in this hotel, encouraged by the excellent rating and good reviews, but it was a big disappointment! First of all I would like to make a necessary distinction because if there is a place that truly deserves all our respect and gratitude it is the hotel's BAR, kind, smiling and helpful people, with a simple but tasty menu made with genuine ingredients. For the rest I except the park, because it is remarkable to be in the shade of large trees while you are in the pool... everything is extremely mediocre. For example, I don't agree with those who talk about pampering the customer because in this place they have no idea what it is, starting from the poor provision of the bathroom, to the fact that they don't give you slippers, continuing with the fact that breakfast only opens at 07.30 and that the duration of dinner is only from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. Even though the hotel is remote, nothing is organized to entertain guests except (so I was told) once a week, then you could die of boredom! We did the mud treatments and one morning the operator left me 20 minutes in the mud and 20 in the tub, while the duration is 15 minutes and 10 minutes. Ultimately the hotel is absolutely not worth the cost paid, in Abano there are many places that offer better at competitive prices.

We had our first experience at this facility with the purchase of a DAYSPA day. The company that manages this spa hotel guarantees a regulated number of external entrances, and even with a full attendance like yesterday (rooms sold out) there is never a crowd or confusion, giving all guests the memory of a experience of an extremely pleasant and relaxing day. Special praise goes to the staff present at the pool bar, and in general, because they gave a nice and friendly, as well as professional, dimension to our holiday.

I spent in this hotel immersed in the greenery of the Euganean Hills, a week of pure relaxation.
Spacious room with very comfortable bed and terrace with view.
Buffet breakfast with a good variety of sweet and savoury products.
In the new bistro adjacent to the pool, you can have lunch with a selection of hot and cold dishes or have a snack or aperitif.
Indoor thermal pool connected to the outdoor one, both with whirlpools and cervical jets. Outside there is also a cold tub with sunbeds on the water.
Spacious indoor area with separate relaxation area.
The large park with numerous trees, is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas available.
For fans, there is a golf driving range.
It is possible to rent bikes to follow the cycle paths in the area or take pleasant walks.
The staff is friendly and helpful in all areas.
I recommend a stay here to regenerate body and spirit!

We have been coming to this establishment for many years
Hotel surrounded by very well-kept greenery, very clean, bright, spacious and comfortable rooms.
Hotel restaurant with very good food and very friendly and attentive staff
Large and very clean organized swimming pools, Massimo the lifeguard guarantees the top quality of service
The real pearl of the hotel for us is the pool bar. Fede and Pablo (and their staff) are very nice, friendly and make you feel at home... highly recommended, special people!!

Short stay for a weekend. Excellent structure with outdoor spaces definitely above the norm. Very large car park with part of the spaces covered by a structure with solar panels. Part of the thermal pools and the garden are looked after with excellent attention (it is difficult to find situations that can be on par). Located in a quiet and secluded area. Large and well-maintained rooms, especially in terms of cleanliness. Large common areas. Excellent reception service. Well organized and well managed dinner and breakfast buffet. The choice of foods with good basic quality is quite wide.

Given that I had already been a few years ago, returning to Terme Leonardo I found myself even better than the first time.

Very kind staff, they really make you feel at home; very large structure with common lounges, large park and beautiful swimming pools, wet area, mostly covered parking, airy rooms with balconies.

All the catering is self-service buffet and I recommend the Hotel not to abandon this excellent formula, which is appreciated by all guests; in good weather you can also eat outside.

Monteortone is a town outside the center of Abano and close to the Euganean Hills, very green, with characteristic atmosphere, light and colours, an ideal starting point for tours of the Hills; It is advisable (almost essential) to have a car.
