Nestled in a tranquil, scenic location, Bequia Beach Hotel captivates many travelers with its serene plantation-style decor and peaceful ambiance. Reviewers frequently commend the hotel for its cleanliness, from the immaculate rooms to the pristine beach. While the warm and friendly staff receive accolades, some guests mention that mealtime service can lack efficiency. Rooms are typically found to be spacious and aesthetically pleasing, although occasionally described as slightly outdated. Despite mixed opinions on value and all-inclusive packages, the hotel's amenities, including beautiful pools and diverse dining options, consistently earn high praise.

This was our second visit to the hotel and it won't be our last. We were welcomed back like old friends. From the moment you make the reservation to the moment you leave is absolutely fantastic.
Rima and her team make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble.
We stayed in a cottage, which is in a great spot for everything. Both pools are gorgeous and there is an abundance of sunbeds, towels, floaties etc.
The food is outstanding, lots of choice and perfectly cooked. We bought the all inclusive package and thought it was well worth it, especially as you can use it at Jack's Bar on the other side of the Island.
Our room was serviced twice a day to a very high standard, lots of bottled water and fresh milk in your fridge.
It was lovely to chat to Bengt and the new General Manager, Alistair, they are very evident around the property.

We spent 8 nights at BBH and had a fantastic stay in a beach front suite on the second floor. We enjoyed spectacular views and especially enjoyed listening to the sound of the ocean waves as we drifted off to sleep each night (we opted to turn off our ac at night and to open our patio doors). The grounds, rooms and facilities were pristine and the salt water pool was our favourite place to lounge and swim. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the egg station, and we had a wonderful meal at the Blue Tropic Restaurant. We found the dinners at Bagatelle to be just average and somewhat overpriced for the quality-there are many interesting and enjoyable restaurant options that are just a short taxi ride away.
The staff at Bequia Beach are exceptional-always service oriented and pleasant-especially Rima, the guest services coordinator. Her attention to detail, insights and warmth were the added touch that made our stay at BBH so memorable. We definitely hope to return.

Staff is warm and very helpful, premisses are clean as a whistle, food is tasty and varied at all three venues, on the beach, location is windward and close to the Island center. In short, all was perfect. How often can one write this ? I certainly recommend this hotel !

This is a beautiful boutique hotel decorated and styled with traditional Caribbean/Plantation furniture. We had an ocean view room which, in our opinion was worth the extra money , however this not a large resort so if you choose a garden view you won’t be far away from the beach. The gardens are well kept and if you get chance do the garden tour with Prime, do it. He is very knowledgeable about the various plants, flowers, fruits and herbs grown on site.
Our room was serviced daily with a turn down service if required. Plenty of tea, coffee was provided with a supply of fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge.
We enjoyed breakfasts and the occasional evening meal at Bagatelle, and drinks and snacks at the Beach Bar ( 5 minutes walk along the beach) and Jacks Bar a ( 5 minute taxi ride to the other side of the island). Food was varied and excellent Anglo g with the service.
A complimentary shuttle to Jacks Bar is available at 10.30 daily with return at 4pm.
Every member of staff was so helpful and pleasant and we enjoyed meeting other guests at the weekly cocktail party, many of whom are repeat guests.
Can’t wait to return

Beachfront rooms are highly recommended. Our housekeeper Donna was really great as our room was kept immaculate. Dining servers were very friendly but at first was sporadic but improved dramatically after the new hired GM Katie arrived. In general the food was great especially when the chefs came around to check on how was everything. Since we stayed for three weeks, the menu was the same each week. I would recommend the dinner menu changes slightly each week. Since there are three types of reservations at the resort, the servers have way too much of paper work to perform which is very cumbersome. The all inclusive option with drinks includes only some of the liquors which I found very disappointing especially the additional cost of the package. Overall the pools, beach, and grounds were very nice. On a side note you will not be bothered by outsiders on the beach trying to sell their wears which is very nice. Leaving the resort was not easy as the staff and management were very friendly and responsive. We hope to come back next year as we really liked our stay.

We stayed here for 10 nights at the end of March in a first floor room ( room 34) . We had a great time. This hotel was perfect for what we wanted- peace and rest. The room was large, well kitted out and had a big balcony. The view was lovely across the gardens to the sea. The aircon was effective and the bathroom had a great shower and 2 sinks. The grounds of the hotel a very well kept, as is the beach area. There were loads of loungers round the pools and along the beach front and we managed to find plenty of shade. You could walk along the beach to the hotel’s small beach bar (Sand bar) and the main restaurant for dinner and breakfast is directly on the water with a sea breeze. The staff were very friendly and hard working. We chose the half board option and enjoyed a good breakfast and then a 3 course evening meal at either the bagatelle main restaurant, the smaller blue tropic restaurant or over at Jack’s beach bar at princess Margaret bay ( a taxi ride away) which is also owned by BBH. The food was generally good with a lot of fish and seafood which we enjoyed. As Friendship bay is on the south east side of the island the beach did get some bigger waves a few of the days we were there but we still swam most days. This stretch of beach is very peaceful and the view is gorgeous across to Mustique. The hotel offers a daily shuttle ( taking 5/10mins) across to the Princess Margaret beach where guests can get a lounger etc at Jacks’s bar. This is a very calm waters beach but it get’s busier. You can walk from there into the town along a boardwalk. If you want a relaxing and quiet stay in a very low key and friendly Caribbean island choose Bequia and this hotel.

Paradise!!
7 night stay here and it was wonderful!
Located on the quieter side of the island but a short taxi ride takes you over to Port Elizabeth to the restaurants, bars and shops.
Beautiful hotel sitting on Friendship Bay, immaculate gardens, grounds, pool and beach areas.
Bagatelle restaurant & bar overlooking beach serves breakfast lunch and dinner of a high standard. Staff are friendly and efficient, obviously staff training a high priority
Reception area staff are extremely professional, charming and very helpful and knowledgeable of things to do on the island and beyond. They easily get taxis when you need and they are charged to your room.
The Sand Bar which is a short walk along the beach is a great lunch & drink spot, staff excellent and you can charge back to your room as you can at Jacks Bar in Port Elizabeth on Princess Margaret Beach.
Bequia beach hotel is a Caribbean gem on a beautiful unspoilt island. We will certainly return and thoroughly recommend it!

The hotel was wonderful and so beautifully appointed, from the moment we stepped into the reception/ lounge area we felt at ease with the world and knew this was going to be a special week! Our room (ocean-view ground floor suite) was perfectly clean and the oversized bed was a dream ... in the mornings you could swing open the patio doors onto a private terrace leading directly onto the beach. There's a great choice of restaurants, our favourite being Jack's (a short taxi from the main hotel) which get's the most amazing sunsets with some great local food. The staff were great and always happy to pour you a rum punch while lazing away at the pool. All in all a truly unforgettable week, thank you so much Bequia Beach Hotel, we already can't wait to return!

The most idyllic Hotel, staff and location which made for one of the most relaxing holidays in a long time.
We stayed in a wonderful garden and sea view junior suite (58) on the first floor with four poster bed, lounge area, large bathroom, separate toilet, single room (great as a dressing room) and large balcony. Comfortable bed and plenty of storage. A safe and smal fridge, which was stocked daily with fresh milk and bottled water.
I would mention we visited at the very start of the season, late October. So the main restaurant was quiet (1 restaurant still closed), pool area 3 couples at the most and trips to Jack's bar were great (3 minute transfer) and plenty of sun beds to choose from. Main season starts 1st Nov if you like it busier (we don't).
The pool areas were clean as was the garden. They are still repairing areas after storm Beryl but have done a great job.
Bicycle hire. Board games. Library. Small shop selling tourist items.
The concierge was simply the best arranging anything from a bespoke yatch charter, to day trips, to arranging a stay at their sister Hotel (with use of a room and facilities) for our final day.

The slight disappointment was the food and service. Breakfast was plentiful with a large choice, but the service was poor and not everything arrived in a timely manner, if at all.
We booked half board (the lunches in the bar and at Jacks were great, lobster rolls, club sandwiches and fries).
The evening meals we found too heavy. Meat/fish with rice and vegetables. The bbq night was the best! Maybe large salads, pasta and lighter dishes (especially in the heat). We discovered we could swap our evening meal with lunch, which we took later in the day (or at Jacks) which was better for us.

Overall we had a wonderful relaxing break and can highly recommend.
We will definitely return.
Thank you team #BequiaBeachHotel
