How deep is the pool? Is suitable for children? And can you use the pool any time of the day/night?
Hi The pool depth is 1.2 metres and suitable for children when supervised. The pool is open Monday - Friday 630am to 10pm, last entry 915pm and open for children 9-11am and 2-530pm. I think I saw someone mention a walk along a canal to get to Chester centre....is this the case? (I've looked at so many places I could be mixing up with another hotel) Thanks in advance.
Yes you can takes about 45min I’ve just returned from here today . An Uber will cost around £7 from city centre back

Does anyone know what time children are allowed in the pool and if there’s a extra charge ? Thank you x
Hi There is no extra charge for children to use our pool facilities as a guest. The pool is open Monday - Friday 630am to 10pm, last entry 915pm and open for children 9-11am and 2-530pm. Can you get a bus in to town
Hi Yes there is a bus service that runs into Chester approximately every hour. Taxi charges are also quite reasonable at around £7 for a single journey.
