Better book way in advance since this place gets booked early. Absolutely loved the Studio chalet and the outside sitting area. The owner gave us great tips for hikes, food and even our trip towards the west coast.
We stayed here for 3 nights on our tour week tour of NZ. The first night we experienced a torrential deluge which had the car park and gardens under 150mm of water, but the chalets stayed dry.

Stayed for 2 nights during a 24-hour deluge which stopped us getting out. Newly refurbished chalets are so comfy and beds just make you go to sleep. Everything has been taken care of with central shared kitchen a great idea.
