Training on my vacation made me realize that you can get lazier doing nothing just laying there. When you exercise and rest you feel great, You look greater and continue it all back home. Thanks boys!

Beautiful resort. The layout is great. The presidential suite was amazing. The bar staff and hotel staff were amazing. The restraunt staff seemed less than thrilled to be there or interact with guests.

Stayed in the Hideaway block 2. This block had the sun all day and had superb views. Hotel is very clean and staff are super friendly, nothing too much trouble! Food is always hot, fresh and plenty to choose from, would highly recommend Hunters and Dorado. Need to give a big

The resort was beautiful but the wait to receive our food was too long. They have everyone sit with their travelsmart program to sale a 30year trip plan, which is a scam, found out that we paid $2000 more then the average trip, so when we were talking to other couples who had

I highly recommend the fitness team in any case. They work really well and hard in the hot sun! The boys are tanned like crazy. I really hope they get paid very well for all the effort they put in!!!!

When we were there in November there were 4 black dogs which used to run around on the grass outside blocks 2 & 3 around 5 o clock each day, they looked like mum & 3 pups & were quite harmless. There was also a grey dog & a golden brown dog that wandered on the beach, again no problem & did not bother us. They were harmless & happy to eat from people who fed them. There was also one friendly cat who wandered & would sometimes sit on the beach beds & a few kittens who were normally around the back of blocks 1-3 quite timid but just looking for food. You have nothing to worry about.

The Dorado was just for the Hideaway guests and Diamond too. We were on All Inclusive and did not give tips. Quite often we have been given an envelope in which to put tips that are then split between staff, but they don't seem to do that at Hideaway.

We were only required to make a reservation at the Asian restaurant which we did the day before. We always tip when we go all inclusive, after meals in the restaurants, to the cleaning staff that look after our rooms & also to bar staff that serve on the beach, etc. Only smallish amounts but the staff really appreciate it, they work hard & long hours at these lovely resorts running around & looking after us & they don’t earn very much, Our experience was a good one with lovely helpful staff. We have been to numerous different all inclusive resorts around the Caribbean & always appreciate the hard work the staff put in to make our staff wonderful.

How much do you tip for your meals at an all-inclusive?
Tipping is entirely up to you . If you feel that you have had really good service then give your server a few dollars but the waiting staff don’t hover over you expecting a tip . If you see the same waiters often and you are very happy with the service you could wait until your last day of your stay and give them a more substantial tip . Please remember that you have already paid more for your stay that’s why it’s all inclusive so you would like to think that the royalton would pay there staff accordingly so anything you give them is a bonus.

"We stayed in a suite on the 4th floor and had a great view, but I think I would have preferred the 1st floor with the swim-out pool."
"Go for ground floor Hideaway to het a swim up pool"
"Rooms only go up 4 - 5 floors. We had the 2nd floor and still had a very nice ocean view."
"All the rooms are beautiful.... ocean side if you can!!! stunning"
"Building 1 is the only building with an ocean view. Stay away from the ice machine!"
