The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, costs £25 to sunny beach and back when it states its 10 minutes away. No food or drink available for self-catering, only all inclusive. There's an option to pay upfront for a meal, so we did one day, as we were starving, the chicken was still clucking, the lettuce was wilting and carrots were dry. We couldn't get a drink!! No ATM, have to pay a taxi £10 to take you to one. No staff speak English. 200+ Russian kids flooding the hotel all throughout our stay. Staying in rooms on there own, continuesly banging doors, shouting and screaming all night long. Throwing things at my children when on our balcony from theirs!! We stayed for a week and not once did our room get cleaned! We asked for toilet paper and was told no, buy your own.

We stayed with my family and friends family five days in the end of August. The hotel have 2 extraordinary big beautiful pools - one is with pool bar and 2 slides, the other is quiet, and a small beach. Unfortunately the pool bar is not included in all inclusive. The rooms is very big and clean. Staff is very friendly but insufficient. There was only 2 bars with all inclusive - the lobby bar and the restaurant bar which work works only during meals.

The apartment is big (i mean really big - 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, terrace). Could do better with some proper cleaning and TLC. We did not opt for the all inclusive so I cannot say anything about that. We are in Eastern Europe and that is fine but they only had Russian entertaining for kids even though there were so many other nationalities in the resort. If you are in for a quiet holiday avoid building B as the stage is there. We watched the shows from the balcony so it was fine for us.The pools are big and clean, sufficient sun chairs, there is even a water slide! The private beach is not big but quite ok. If you have a car and you are the type who manages to prepare meals for the family this is a great place with a good price.

We stayed in a lovely apartment. It's a real shame they have put trees in front of the balcony so can not see the beautiful view of the sea. The swimming pools are lovely, one has music, a bar and slides while the other is very peaceful. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Clean area around the pool. They have groups of children staying here on trips and are very noisy and disruptive at times without being monitored by any adults. There is access to a private beach and plenty of restaurants in Aheloy. Highly recommend The Corner. We didn't use the restaurant on site.

Very good location.2 Large pools. Small beach.Only 20 minutes to Sunny Beach. Which is very very noisy and busy. So if you want peace and quiet Aheloy is ideal.Grounds are kept spotless and rooms immaculate.
