Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Wanted somewhere to fit in with October half term holidays that still had decent weather. We just wanted a rest so not too concerned about being out and about, but is a little isolated and seemed to be just other accommodation around. This suited us fine, but maybe not everyone. We requested a sea view and had to wait until we arrived to see if one was available. Paid €84 for this and worth every penny. Amazing view. We went AI, loads of choice to suit all needs. Other review said lunch-time not great, but we found much more choice than expecting, then snacks later if missed lunch. Evening meal lovely to sit outside, but dining room equally nice. Drinks were good and on AI just pay half price if want branded drinks or special cocktails. All staff friendly, lady on daytime bar very friendly and had a chat when serving. Cleaning really good and rooms modern. Comfy sunbeds around pool or below in the garden, large pool and also a smaller indoor pool. Amazing view from the grounds and of course fab sunsets. Loved our stay and if travelling at same time or year would consider especially for price paid.

A very nice hotel and welcoming. The rooms are more than sufficient. Breakfast was fine and not to much to tell. Very nice pool and the working hours are enough. An advantage is the close at hand private shore.

Nice hotel nearvthe beach , breakfast fine but gluten free options poor. Beach nice. Very polite and helpful receptionists.Room cosy .Bathroom too small the shower would be better in such a tiny bathroom instead of a bathtub. I recommend for a short stay.

We've just had a fantastic stay at The Queen's Bay Hotel, near Paphos. It's set in a stunning, peaceful spot, right on the sea, but is only a short bus ride/ drive into Paphos. The food is delicious, with a great selection and the rooms are spacious, with nice decor and very clean. The staff are all lovely, and Agatha on reception couldn't do enough to help us plan days out, which we particularly appreciated as I have mobile issues at the moment. Altogether, I thoroughly recommend a stay in this really lovely hotel!

We stayed couple holiday B & B for hubby's 65th birthday, beautiful hotel, beautiful grounds, some staff amazing, some not! Evening bar staff, very good, head barman bought us a drink for hubby's birthday. Hotel provided cake for birthday excellent! (Did pay for) Afternoon bar by pool, Cypriot staff amazing, but Katherine English staff, no, not good, very abrupt, quite rude, takes your can before poured fully which paid for as not A/I, fills plastic glass and keeps what is left before fully poured! Sorry, but Katherine does not have good customer service skills! Tall Cypriot barman glasses on, seemed to only served young girls in bikinis! Omelette chef, gets in late, refuses to serve customers as he is late for his shift, needs to clean appliances, then needed his breakfast and coffee before serving waited from 7am until 7.45 to order omelette as he needed his coffee and breakfast, Cleaning staff, excellent. Entertainment very poor, bingo, quiz, you need to venture out for this. Evening meal not worth it, plenty of venues with beautiful food and service. £20 euro each for evening meal, do not recommend, breakfast, very repetitive, but bad quality. Would we visit again, no, due to food, staff and entertainment.

Have just returned to the gloomy UK from our thoroughly enjoyable stay st this wonderful hotel. It is in a fantastic, peaceful location with beautiful, sunset views and coastal walks. The hotel was impeccably clean with friendly staff that cannot do enough to accomodate you. The food was delicious and if you feel like eating elsewhere, buses run every 15 minutes to a variety of nearby locations/eateries. A definite 5/5. 👍🙂

Me & my husband have just returned from this gorgeous Hotel, the place was completely spotless & the food was seriously tasty. The setting was pure tranquillity just what we needed for our holiday, we would definitely consider visiting again. All staff where friendly some stood out more than others but I have to say although this is the "Queensbay" the jewel in the Crown is Agatha at reception she was very warm & welcoming and a mine of information anything you need to know ask Agatha, she assisted us on many occasions always with a smile & willing to go above & beyond, she is definitely a true asset to this hotel!! Keep doing what your doing Queensbay & hopefully we'll see you again next year! The weather was perfect of course. Can't wait to visit Cyprus again. More

We have just returned to a wet and windy UK from a gloriously warm and wonderful stay at The Queens Bay Hotel. Set in a beautiful location, this hotel, along with it's welcoming and friendly staff is just what you are looking for if you want something very relaxed. Taking our children, both in their mid twenties, was something I was a little apprehensive about as I was concerned that the relaxed atmosphere may not appeal to them. I was very wrong! Katherine, who works behind the bar is such an asset and clearly very passionate about her job, making us feel particularly welcome. The range of food on offer is fabulous and we have really enjoyed trying such a wide range of delicious foods on offer throughout the day. We preferred during the day, to relax in the gardens where we could either stroll down to the sea, a short walk away, to swim or snorkel or alternatively, cool down with a refreshing dip in the pool. Our rooms were immaculate with stunning views looking across to Coral Bay, also allowing us to take in the spectacular sunsets from our balcony. We found the evening entertainment not to everyone's taste, resulting in the children venturing out to Paphos Old Town and Coral Bay using reliable taxi services. We all really enjoyed a restful and relaxing week in absolutely fabulous weather. The photos speak for themselves!
