Just want to relax and chill in the sun, then welcome to the Queens Bay Hotel. This outstanding hotel is set in its own well, kept gardens that lead down to a “cute” natural lagoon. The Queens Bay is the choice if you want a soothing, calming tranquil holiday with all the facilities of a four star hotel. The Queens Bay is situated in a wonderful location, set back from the main road with beautiful views of the sea and mountains and dramatic sunsets in the evenings as seen from the pool terraces, which add to the serenity of this hotel.

The Queen's Bay Hotel garners praise for its clean and modern rooms with picturesque sea views, which contribute to a vibrant atmosphere, further enhanced by live music and entertainment. Reviewers appreciate the hotel's spotless environment and commend the staff for their welcoming and diligent service.
While the location is serene and offers proximity to attractions, some guests find it a tad remote. The all-inclusive package is popular for its value, though a few wish for a wider variety of cocktails and note additional costs.

Detailed Reviews
Having found this hotel through Jet2, we took a punt at a last minute booking and found a little gem. It's clean, the staff are fantastic and obviously enjoy working at the hotel. The rooms are a nice size, cleaned every day, comfortable beds and the sea views ones give an uninterrupted view of the sunset.
Plenty of sunbeds available, that are cleaned and disenfected every day, either around the pool or on the grass areas facing the sea.
Lots of sanatiser stations located all around the hotel. Yes masks need to be worn in some of the communal areas when walking through them, but that's it.
Drinks are plentiful, yes the spirits used are not the strongest, but on th AI deal all top shelf spirits are half price if you want recognised brands.
Food is varied, and there is always a good choice,. Every evening is a different theme in the restaurant and we had no trouble finding a decent meal.
Overall, a very relaxed holiday spent sunbathing and the occasional swim. Not the hotel for you if you are looking for entertainment and evening shows, but by the number of repeat customers we spoke to this week, the hotel must be doing something right.
A great holiday, and a little gem of a hotel.... See you next year.

Great stay at this hotel. Would definitely say better than the 3 star it’s given. Very clean and rooms cleaned on a daily basis. Nice varied breakfast including great pancakes with Nutella. Lunch & dinner again varied and salads were lovely. If you have Greek heritage then you will enjoy the Greek home cooked foods. I couldn’t complain about the room we were given with a fantastic view of the sea and nice to be able to watch the sunset from the balcony. Covid restrictions were in place with some social distancing and because of this there was no daytime activities around the pool even though it said as such on the website but it was close bus ride away from a beautiful beach and lying around the pool was no real hardship. The only thing I found about the all inclusive was the drinks that they used. The house vodka was horrible but you could pay and get your usual spirit and the diet drinks on the tap were not especially nice but there is a shop at the top of the road so you can get all the drinks you like. The pina colada they made for me were lovely and strong but you pay extra for them. 3.25 euros each if you are on the all inclusive.

We stayed at this place early September a group of 2 couples. Rooms are spacious. The most pleasant surprise was that when we arrived there was a bottle of cold water waiting for us by the free coffee amenities and also 2 small bottles of water in the mini fridge. In the summer this is exactly what you need after a hot day's travel. Most hotels charge for water.
The hotel has plenty of parking space. All Covit measures are followed like face mask and gloves for serving your food. Breakfast was incredibly rich. you loose your concentation and want to eat all!! A small path way leads diretly to a small cove that is sort of a private beach but is nothing special. However not more than 5 kilometers is the beautiful beach of Coral Bay. The hotel is an excellent choice if one wants to drive around Akamas area. Staff helpful and service excellent.

Yes I was holidaying during a pandemic but if the hotel is open then the staff need to be ‘open’ to offer friendliness! During breakfast and lunch you felt like you were asking too much if you had to speak to a particular waitress and the omelette lady. Dinner was a better atmosphere as the waiters made an effort!
The room had all of the basics including a kettle and fridge. My original room was at the front of the hotel overlooking the carpark (550) however after an issue with the cleanliness I was moved to a sea view room (526) which was amazing. The wifi was great throughout the hotel and by the pool!
Onto the food - breakfast was luke warm. The lunch buffet was a funny mix which is such a shame on the food scene as dinner was much better quality.
There is a menu available between 3 & 5:30. This menu isn’t well advertised but much much better than the lunch buffet offering. Scooped ice cream on offer all day!
The pool was a comfortable temperature but the sea much warmer! Out of the hotel you can walk either way and I felt safe solo.
Having visited mid October the hotel and area was very much like a ghost town. I assume during school holidays and a ‘normal year’ things would be a lot busier!
Having recently travelled to Turkey where the Covid measures in place were amazing in the hotel, the Queens Bay had hardly anything in place. Yes there were stickers on the floor, hand sanitizer and the staff had masks on - the food buffets were a free for all and self selection. It wasn’t like the staff had ‘eyes on’ all the time so the food could’ve been touched or worse!
I was very surprised that this was the case! Lots of high touch contact points 🥺
Overall fine.

We decided to take the fully inclusive package offered and did not regret it.The food and drinks offered was was excellent and well worth the cost.
The rooms we stayed in were spotless and had great views of the great pool area and ocean.
The staff at this family run hotel is what distinguishes this hotel from others.Ivan, the Beverage manager is one example. He was extremely friendly and made one feel so welcome.Really a gem!
We plan to return to Queens Bay in the near future and highly recommend this establishment to other tourists.

This quiet hotel was spotless and all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food (we were all inclusive) was plentiful, fresh and always different, the themed evening were a delight. The cocktails were pretty good too! The room was large and spacious and we had a lovely sea view which was amazing in the evening to watch the lovely sunset. The air con was a blessing as it was so hot and the free wifi connection was really good. The evening entertainment left a lot to be desired however - it wasn't on for very long and was very quiet so you couldn't hear the bingo or quiz very easily, but the single entertainer worked hard and did his best. There were a couple of singers the week we were there and they were ok. There is not much around the hotel i.e. little shops to wander to of an evening, so we did feel a bit stuck. The buses run regularly and cheaply to Paphos in one direction costing 1.5 euros and Coral Bay in the other direction both were lovely for a change of scene and a day out. The small bay where you can swim in the warm sea, is very safe but sadly lacks any beach and you have to pay extra for sunbeds in this area as they are not owned by the hotel, but as it was only a two minute walk to the hotel it didn't bother us much. Overall a great hotel with just a couple of faults but they did not spoil our holiday in any way.

Couldn’t have picked a better hotel for a couples last minute getaway! Staff were friendly and helpful, room was spotless and modern with an amazing view (417). Location was brill, caught the 615 bus outside the supermarket across the road many times, €1.50 single to Paphos Harbour every 15 mins, (mall and tombs of the kings on the same route) which was perfect.
Stayed B&B which was a good decision as eating out in the Harbour was brilliant. Breakfast was what you’d expect from a buffet style abroad. The omelette station and freshly made pancake station were both a nice touch.
The two evenings we did eat in the buffet restaurant we couldn’t fault it. Lots to choose from and the service was great. One evening another guest was taken ill and the way the team dealt with the situation was fantastic.
One bartender at the poolside bar had a very dry sense of humour and I think could come across abrupt if you don’t share his humour but I gave as good back so it didn’t bother me ;)
The pool was very very cold but once you’re in (and have sworn a bit) it’s bearable and refreshing! The sea and little bit of beach are so close, just down a little path, and are well worth spending some time at! Especially at sunset as it’s absolutely gorgeous.
There are lots of cats wandering around the complex and are really friendly.
Had two massages (the spa man will approach your sunbeds, he’s lovely but as expected will try to sell treatments - the spa defo does exist and isn’t a scam as some other guests decided to say!) and both times they were really good. The actual facilities in the spa were very basic and the showers inside could defo do with a refurb, but both actual massages and scrubs were brill. €100 for 90 mins worth of massage, exfoliation, scrub, face mask, head massage, which I thought was reasonable based on the £40 for 45 mins I pay at home.
60 mins ish transfer from Paphos airport, not bad at all. We did the TUI coach and it was about 5 stops.
Face masks are mandatory on the buses, most restaurants and public settings. The only time we were asked for the Cyprus pass was at the airport and at the Mall.
Can’t think of anything else but if you’re in doubt I would definitely recommend booking here, you won’t be disappointed!

After reading some of the reviews below I was concerned about this hotel.
However after spending 4 nights here, I do not know what people are on about!
We went to Queens Bay for my 32nd Birthday and it was absolutely bliss.
My mum and myself both felt so safe and comfortable, I would wonder down to the beach or get lunch on my own whilst she sun bathed.
The staff were so lovely and couldnt do more for you.
The hotel and all facilities were very clean, I was up at 6:30am every morning and saw the staff spraying each sun bed with disinfectant and cleaning floors and the pool every morning.
All guests adhered to the mask wearing rules and was very well organised.
The pool, gardens and 3 minute walk to the beach was heaven.
We only left the hotel to go to a shop, as everything you needed was right there.
The food, and pool bae was great was something for everyone.
Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.

Excellent Hotel and Brillant personnel
We would recommend this hotel to everyone. After the mishap we had with the other so called hotel we had a taxi picking us up within fifteen minutes as they noticed we were in a panic after calling them to see if they had availability. We were greeted with a smile and made us feel home immediately. Rooms are very clean, we had a seaside room which didnt matter to us and still had great views from our balcony. Complimentary bottles of water were in fridge on the first day and even water for the kettle. After settling down we went out and on our return back they told us go get ready as tonight there is a welcome party for the guests and believe me it was amazing. At that time we got to know the manager Giorgio who was very helpful from the begining and when i told him about my allergies he immediately called the Chef Mr Stefanios who took note what I can and can't eat and on both days when we went down for the buffet i was greeted by his staff who explained to me what I can eat which was abundantly. Even on his day off he made sure that his staff knew about me and guided me what I could eat. For all those booking at this hotel don't bother to go out to eat anywhere else. Different Buffet every evening and well priced and exceptional service from all on duty . Even breakfast and lunch was impecable. As soon as they got to know we were celebrating our Wedding anniversary a lovely surprise was waiting in our Room. Lovely views of the mountains, beautiful sunset and spick and span place. Joanna and myself would like to thank all the managment starting from Rose who took our booking and did her utmost to send a taxi quick for us as she noticed we were in panic, all the staff in reception who where all there to guide us and made us feel at home , Yvonne from guest relation for the wonderful talk and surprise, Mr Giorgio Manager for his constant help till the time we had to leave, Mr Stefanios (chef) who was very attentive about my allergies, all the kitchen staff and waiters who greeted the guests with a smile, housekeeping for the cleanest rooms. You all made our short holiday amazing and you will see us back again. Thanks from the Heart (Malta)

I have visited Paphos several times but fancied a change of hotel. Most guests are elderly me included and would suggest this hotel is more suited to younger people as there is a hill to walk up and down to access the main road. I am disabled so buses weren't really suitable and found taxi fairs to be a bit pricey, 20 euros for a trip to harbour each way, hotel is a bit isolated so was unable really to venture far from hotel. Having said that there was everything I could need in house. Thats the negative out of the way, I only have the highest praise for every other aspect of my stay at Queens Bay. Everywhere spotlessly clean. All staff very hard working, never stopped clearing tables and wiping everything down. Check out Alexandrou the singing waiter in main bar in reception, thanks also to Anthony who I think is bar/restaurant manager.Food excellent with almost unlimited choice although not always as hot as it should be. My flight was delayed and didn't arrive till 1:00 am, because I missed my evening meal on first night was given a voucher to receive a lunch on one day instead which I thought was a nice touch. Would I stay again? Not sure but that is only because of my mobility problems was really well looked after by all staff and would 100% recommend this hotel

It only has one restaurant, which is part of the all-inclusive package. I loved the food and variety.
Not if you're fully inclusive, but if you are B&B there, maybe.
