From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly reception staff and that continued all the way through our stay. Breakfast was fantastic, location is perfect and all of the staff were brilliant :)

Lovely position on sea front. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fine. We had dinner on first night and it was very nice. Hotel not suitable for people with mobility issues. Parking was difficult.

Amazing beautiful views. Great friendly staff. Outdoor heated pool that the kids enjoy even in the rain. An excellent hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back. Many thanks FourcroftHotel

The view from the sea view rooms is delightful. It's just a shame the general feeling of the hotel is that of needing a refurb - whilst it is clean and comfortable it's just a bit dated. We had a deal on Travelzoo though so were happy with what we got for the price. Beware of

Has the Company who owes the Hotel started updating the hotel rooms yet
Not from what we saw. The reception and dining areas looked recently refurbed. And they were in the middle of putting a new fire alarm system in, so hopefully room upgrades are on the to do list.

Is the hotel dog friendly?
0 Votes Apologies for the delay but I don't get on the site that often but yes it is dog friendly and I think they charge £10 per night per dog. On a different subject make sure you get a parking permit from the hotel on check in by pre-ordering. I nearly got nabbed for parking without displaying a permit

Please can I ask where the nearest parking is and the cost for parking
Parking as mentioned at hotel is £6 a day but limited spaces. We were lucky to park right outside hotel for free. Multi storey is £4 a day and £20 per week.

Hi, what is on the breakfast menu and is the breakfast buffett style or is it served to you.
Not sure what the question is but my comments below. And I have been trained to respond to customer comments. Indeed, I have attended many customer service workshops and training courses and have been instrumental in several customer care initiatives, both for my own company and for the wider tourism industry. However, if unfair comments our made about our hotel we believe it is appropriate to respond. We now find we actually attract people to our doors because of our Trip Advisor responses. So, like in so many of our responses, reaction to them seems to reflect a matter of taste. Chris Osborne FRICS FTS
