You just can't fault this accommodation! We have been coming here for some years now under both the old ownership and now under Rae and Roger. We didn't think this place could be improved upon, But Rae and Roger have done so and the flats (we have stayed in a few) are very comfortable, well-equipped and clean. Any issues are dealt with promptly, but these have been few, and nothing is too much trouble for them. It's ideally situated for exploring the Island on foot, by bus, train or car. The car park is a bonus too. I have recommended this place to others and will continue to do so. We have already booked our trip for next year and are looking forward to our 2-week stay.

Stayed in the Katherine Apartment for a week, and could not recommend this place highly enough. Such a lovely clean place. A proper home from home. Great location. Really handy for all local ammenities. Bus and train station in Shanklin were only 5-10 minute walk away. Beach and shops were only 10 minutes away. Had on-site parking around the back of the building. Useful if you didn't want to take the car out everyday. I would highly recommend this place.

We stayed in Katherine apartment for 6 nights and really enjoyed it. It is spotless, with a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The bed is super comfy. The street is extremely quiet. What we also really liked was that nothing was more than 10 mn walk from the accommodation. The train station is 5mn, a big supermarket and bus station are both 3mn. The old town is 7mn away. The beach 10mn. We met the landlord and landlady who are extremely friendly and helpful. Shanklin is extremely well situated if you want to walk the coastal path...I recommend the part from Shanklin to Ventnor and onto Steep Hill Cove. The buses to the Island attractions are very frequent. We bought a weekly pass for £25. Restaurants and pubs are no more than 5mn away from the house. The establishement was very well geared up for COVID with sanitizer in the hall and the request to wear masks in the hallway all very well signposted. The questions below mention fee parking...there is a parking space for each apartment which is in fact free.…

Our first time to IoW, we only booked the day before and received prompt details of how to gain entry. There is ample parking to the rear which is vital if you have a car here. Our ground floor apartment was great, fully equipped with everything you need and more! On arrival one of the owners, Rae, was there. She was really friendly and helpful. Turns out they have recently taken over this property and are in the process of upgrading where needed however nothing really needed upgrading in our apartment. Lovely big fluffy towels, large comfy bed with crisp clean quality bedding. Very conveniently located for shops, pubs and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The photos don't do this place justice. We booked a ground floor one bedroom apartment here and were very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Spotlessly clean with a large living room, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. Fully equipped with everything you'll need. Location is great too. A couple of minutes walk from the large Co-Op supermarket and local pub and a stone's throw from the old village and beach access. I really can't fault it at all. If we come back to the Isle of Wight in the future we will stay here again.

Very nice apartment in a quiet setting but not far from the attractions or local amenities. Parking is provided free but a very steep descent and ascent makes access difficult. There is a long stay car park two streets away and reasonable price. Accommodation more than ample for families very clean and spacious. Excellent value for money.

Stayed for four nights with my son in the 'Katherine' ground floor apartment. Lovely clean and well decorated apartment with a very well equipped kitchen. Comfy bed and good size bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Located in a quiet residential area and very close to everything including the High Street, bus station and train station. Just a couple of things the symbols on the cooker dials are warn away which made it difficult to use even with the user manuals available. Our upstairs neighbours were very noisy all of the time and the noise vibrated badly through the ceiling so next time we would book a first floor room. Would definitely return and recommend.

We’ve just returned from our short break at Fernhurst Apartments, we stayed in one of the ground floor apartments (Victoria). This apartment had everything we could have possibly have wanted, it was immaculately cleaned throughout and the basket in the kitchen with teas, coffee and biscuits etc was a nice touch. The apartments are in a quiet residential road just off the High Street, so everything on the doorstep. We certainly hope to return.
