Detailed Reviews
First of all I would like to say how unbelievable some of the nit picking reviews on here are !! I came for a 2 night break with my daughter and 2 grandchildren and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The hosts were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Wonderful breakfasts - traditional English fried breakfast on first morning and stack of pancakes on second. My daughter had a triple room with her kids and said that the shower ran hot and cold intermittently. However, I put this down to the fact that all the other rooms were trying to shower at same time. I showered after breakfast and had no problem whatsoever. The rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable with good WiFi speed on all floors. The location of the property is excellent, being only 2,minutes from the beach and a 5 minute walk to St Anne’s town centre. With many hotels drastically increasing their prices following the C19 pandemic it was refreshing to find one that didn’t !! I thought their pricing was very reasonable. Overall I cannot fault this B&B in any respect. I will definitely return and will be recommending it to anybody looking for a short break.

I've now stayed several times in this bed and breakfast with my 2 children.
Each stay is just as good as the last. The owners are hard working and go over and above to ensure you have a good stay. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. Cooked to perfection every morning. Rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and in these strange times of Covid the owners have again excelled putting measures in place which make you feel totally safe without being intrusive to your stay. If you want a friendly, beautiful B&B a stones throw from the beach in Lytham then I'd definitely recommend this one. We'll 100% be back a 4th time.

After booking at the last minute (book direct for best price) we were welcomed warmly by Georgina and Jamie who after checking us in and giving useful information then helped take our luggage to room. The room was spacious, nicely presented and very clean, as was the bathroom. The Seacroft is in an excellent location, both the sea front and shops are within a few minutes walk. Breakfast is cooked to order and is excellent with a varied choice and quality produce-well done Jamie. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. Cleaning lady (sorry didn't catch her name) was lovely and friendly too. A gem of a find, and will definitely return on our next visit.

Lovely little B&B in a great location, just off St Anne's beach. Georgina and Jamie were fantastic hosts. I was going to Lytham festival and they provided lots of useful information before I arrived and very kindly arranged an early check-in so I'd have plenty of time to get ready and settle in before needing to head out. Throughout the stay Georgina was answering questions, giving directions and recommendations to all the guests and genuinely seemed to want everyone to get the most out of their stay. She was keen to chat with those that wanted to, but didn't push it with others who preferred to be left to their own devices.
There were lots of options to choose from for breakfast, I'd definitely recommend the pancakes with fresh fruit and maple syrup, but there was everything from full English to toast, cereal or porridge. Vegetarians, vegans and any allergies or special diets were catered for.
The room was quite basic, but had everything you'd need - tea/coffee making facilities, toiletries, towels, hair dryer, extra bedding, hangers in the wardrobe. It was very clean and the en suite and carpet looked more or less brand new.
The Seacroft is on a quiet road just off the seafront, with the beach, a small cinema, a swimming pool and amusements all within a minute or two's walk. St Anne's pier and shops, pubs and restaurants are just 5 minutes walk away or you can get the bus or train to plenty of other destinations on the Lancashire coast if you want to explore.
I had a lovely weekend and woukd certainly choose to stay there again.

Stayed for 2 nights mid-July. The B&B is in a great location, close to the pier and nearby shops and restaurants. Lovely and clean and very nice breakfast.
Great COVID safety measures in place on arrival and a welcome pack with gloves, mask and sanitiser in room. Very impressive!!! Great hosts. Highly recommended :-)

Georgina and Jamie run a highly organised operation with great attention to every detail.
It helps them ensure that everything runs smoothly for all guests and that you can relax and enjoy your stay.
Everything runs like clockwork, the rooms are extremely well appointed and comfortable and the breakfast beautifully cooked and presented.
Excellent local information is given on arrival that helps make the most of a short stay.
Definitely worth staying and I'm sure we will return.

Just returned from a 2 night stay at Sea Croft. We received a warm welcome from our hosts. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was great. We chose the full English breakfast which was very good, we also had cereal, toast, orange juice and coffee. The Sea Croft is in a great location, only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of St Anne's and also to the sea front.
Hope to visit again. Thank you

Having stayed here before I knew what a nice place it was. I was in room 9 a single room with ensuite bathroom and a separate shower. The room was nicely decorated, adequate size with a hospitality tray for making drinks such as tea and coffee . Would have been nice to have had some biscuits on the tray. The breakfast was varied and lovingly prepared by Jamie and served by Georgie. The only downside is ,if you have mobility problems there is two flights of stairs to the bedroom. Sea Croft is ideally situated with a Toby Carvery end of the street ,and a short walk to the pier and town centre. It's worth a visit !!

I booked originally for two nights, then stayed three, then wanted to stay five haha, but sadly they were fully booked(bank holiday weekend). The feeling I got when walking into The Sea Croft, reminded me of viewing a house to buy, & you kind of got that good feeling about the place. It was so clean, private, and peaceful, the location was spot on, right near the beach, shops, amenities, etc. Georgina & Jamie were always friendly, chatty & helpful. Georgina found it funny when I described the cooked breakfast as being 'fit', but it was! The complimentary toiletries were really pleasant, bedding and towels crisp, fresh & clean, my single room was spotless, with a beautiful walk in shower. I will most definitely be back when I can.

I recently stayed at this lovely B&B with my mum for two nights between the 15th and 17th July. The triple room was clean and comfortable with a nice view over the bowling green. The B&B is situated close the sea front and the town, so extremely well located for getting around easily either on foot or by bus. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast options were great - I would fully recommend the full English. The pancake stack with fresh fruit looked amazing also. Check-in and out was easy and quick. We were blessed with beautiful weather during our stay. I would definitely recommend this accommodation without hesitation. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to stay again. Thank you for having us.

Hi so sorry we do not have a lift.
We have parking for 5 cars which operates on a first come first served basis. We also have on street parking on East Bank Road, Clifton Drive and adjacent roads such as Hornby Road. There is also an overnight pay and display a short walk away. Bets to contact us direct so we can explain further.
Thanks
The Sea Croft
It is just a 10 minute walk and mainly flat. Taxi is only a few pounds and can be collected from outside the railway station.
Hi
It isn't too far just a 10 min walk. Make sure you get off at St Anne's station which comes after Lytham. There is a taxi rank just outside the station anyway so don't worry and it's not much. If you get stuck just give us a call.
thanks
Georgina & Jamie
