Absolutely fabulous! If only there were more around the country. Huge amount of space in 2 bedroom apartment everything you need in the kitchen, lovely bathroom, lots little extras that make it special. Well worth what you pay. The staff were lovely too.

Friendly and helpful welcoming. Well appointed apartment of reasonable size. Useful b'fast items made available daily. Good location in central Carlisle with many restaurants close by. Also easy to reach and find from M6 motorway. Some practical negatives though: Shower controls are very tight and almost impossible to adjust with soapy hands. A small shelf or table in the bathroom for toiletries would be helpful, space there is enough. A bread knife in the kitchen is a must, after all, this is a self catering apartment. The biggest negative, sadly, is the substantial amount of road noise, despite being on the top floor and with roof lights only. The nearby bars and eateries provide noise from revellers until the early morning hours. I don't hear every peep of a mouse but Warwick Road is the main traffic artery from the M6 into town and this road is busy from morning till night. For this reason, I found this accommodation overpriced and will not return.

As part of our family (2 adults + 2 kids) road trip from London to Edinburgh, we had a stopover in Carlisle after visiting Windermere/Lake District. We had a 2 bedroom Aparthotel which was great with full Kitchenette and living room. The double bedrooms were spacious and the apartment had one bathroom with Shower and Bathtub. The staff were extremely friendly, probably the friendliest in our several hotel stays which included Marriott, Novotel and others during our road trip. The location is also great within walking distance to many restaurant and bars also with a Tesco within a couple of minutes walk. Car park is available right next to the Aparthotel in a public car park, which was charged at the reception at £10 for a overnight stay. Overall the Aparthotel is of a high standard and if you need a bit of high spec place in Carlisle this will be your only option. Paid just over £200 for a night stay but was a great place to chill overnight during our road trip. We did not use the restaurant and they don’t serve breakfast but they do provide milk and cereal in the apartment.
