stayed for work good location right on the A12 rooms are clean have everything you need there's a few places to eat in the village but if you ask the staff they have lots of postcodes of all local restaurants in ipswich .all staff are great and friendly .down fall of hotel needs a update and new carpets ask for a room away from the road (reception do have ear plugs ) very handy overall had a great stay
nice little hotel . nice turkish restaurants and indian across the road .LOUISE the receptionist was excellent and very friendly .hotel has every you need rooms are nice and clean .i stay here about 6 times a month and have always loved it all staff are great
Stayed for a month over Dec/Jan all staff are very friendly go out of there way to help nothing was to much trouble even gave out chocolatesweets. Hotel could do with a update there's a few places to eat in the village
great friendly staff they went out of there way to help with pubs and restaurants for food and tell you what's around the area .room was nice and clean bathroom was a good size .could do with a bit of a update
good location for anyone working nearby. all staff are friendly and very helpful for places to eat nearby. rooms are nice and clean .pot holes need to be looked at. all around great little hotel and great pub the brook inn with homemade food and good prices
