We went for this one as reviews were brilliant. It is a great location and well kept, it could’ve been much worse, it did seem like one of the nicest as far as b&b’s go.. (old fashioned)

Cosy friendly private hotel located near to Llandudno railway station and close to main bus routes with most in town attractions easily within walking distance. Spoilt for choice at breakfast time, cereals and fruit as well as a good cooked breakfast which can be tailored...More
Our family always stay here when we visit Llandudno. It is such a safe and warm environment and you feel at home straight away. You couldn’t wish for anything more at breakfast, from cereal to a full breakfast.

They have a beautiful room on ground floor and i have that been myself a person with walking difficulties.Just as you come from the street to the entrance there is few steps which i find bit difficult but s i was not i hurry i manage to go over using my crutch and a help. Hopefully that is helpful. All the best!
