Very pleasant one-night stopover, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast with a range of options. The location is directly across from the competition tennis courts and just a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and eateries in the town centre. Overall, very satisfied.

We loved this seaside hotel. Chris and Caroline were very welcoming, the rooms were fantastic, very spacious with high ceilings that gave you a feeling of space. The bathroom was clean and had the right amenities for the stay. They provide an ironing board and iron in room which we found very useful. The breakfast was brilliant not too many choices but just right to ensure that you were filled up for a day exploring around the town and area.

A stunning property, great location, a beautiful, clean, spacious bedroom & excellent breakfast that would sit well in any Michelin star property. Lovely welcome & service from the owners/management couple. Highly recommended. We had a ground floor room, but there are also rooms that require climbing stairs. We will definitely be back.

The Ravilious is a charming, beautifully decorated boutique hotel in the centre of Eastbourne, close to the seafront and in the heart of the Meads area. The rooms are light and airy with great facilities and comfy beds. I would definitely recommend.

Chris and Caroline are very engaging hosts. No request is ever too much. Breakfast was delicious and I am sorry I did not take a picture of the omelette as it was so well presented ! The hotel is extremely well located and in great condition. Bathroom and room were clean and bright. Absolutely nothing to improve. Recommended

Lovely room, fantastic hosts, great peaceful hotel to relax in, wish we stayed longer. Both the owners were lovely, friendly and welcoming and gave lots of advice about Eastbourne. Really relaxed atmosphere at the Hotel and the room was so lovely, clean, bright, everything we needed.

This hotel is just superb, great location, quiet, comfortable and very friendly. The owners Chris and Caroline cannot do enough for you and made our stay 5 star. The rooms are large and very modern with lovely decor. The breakfasts are first class and they catered for gluten free with ease. If you are looking for a wonderful stay in Eastbourne then the Ravilious is the place for you, I recommend it and will definitely return again, just loved the place.

Perfect location! Quiet but also in the town centre. The owners are so helpful, friendly and welcoming. We felt comfortable from the first second. Breakfast was fantastic and fresh. The bed was comfortable and the room design really beautiful. Nothing to complain about at all.

Fantastic little Birthday break for my man! Chris and Caroline were so warm and welcoming, we had a lovely bright and spotlessly clean room, that led to a perfect nights sleep! Also well appointed toiletries, soft fluffy towels and a well stocked tea tray. We joined Caroline for a quick pre-theatre drink at the bar in the evening and Chris knocked us up the perfect full English in the morning!!! What more could you need? We stayed here in September 2021 and loved it,so decided to stay again in July. We hoped it would be as good and it certainly was, Chris and Caroline are excellent host's, extremely accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. The standard of cleanliness is outstanding and the breakfast is sublime. They love what they do and it shows, we had a truly relaxing and fun time. We would certainly recommend it, great location, large rooms with the best eggs Benedict ever, thank you Chris.
