Hotel is spotless to begin with! The room attendants work so hard and all the poolside is hosed down daily, they collect cups as soon as you put them down which is great and means no rubbish anywhere
. Yes the rooms are dated but who cares? The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean!
The only advice I would give is, be careful with young children having showers etc because there is no signs to say the water gets VERY hot and cold, I would also recommend a shower mat in the bath as it’s quite slippy BUT my room was spacious, clean and the view was alright. Don’t expect miracles for what this hotel lacks in modern decor it makes up with awesome, attentive staff who are very helpful and will tell you all you need to know about the area and also some fun facts!
Special shout-out to the bar manager Ronnie a real gent with very good local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble.
Food is okay and the salads are lovely and fresh although I would venture out for food because I’m a little bit of a food snob but there’s plenty of it and it’s hot and fresh just the variety for me.
I also recommend you bring a hairdryer which we sometimes take for granted and the safe in the room wasn’t working but all in all excellent value for money and great for families with children. Not so much a single holiday but I enjoyed the peaceful poolside and the white wine is decent what more could you want.
Also they really do have a variety of entertainment and themed food nights which is needed because it is quite off the radar but I think this adds an endearing quality to the hotel.
I would recommend this hotel for couples and families who want a happy, sunny. Safe holiday that’s not in the thick of it but isn’t for the people who wish to go to bed at 10pm.

We arrived here Monday 23rd October for one week. The weather was absolutely beautiful and perfect, and it got hotter as the week went on! We had a lovely stay at Eleni Holiday Village, the staff were lovely and very helpful, pool bar staff were fantastic and came round constantly to collect plates and cups, sweeping and wiping down tables to ensure the area stayed clean and tidy! The staff in the restaurant were very accommodating too, and so friendly! Reception staff were fab and supportive in calling for taxi’s, booking boat trips etc! My only complaint would be that certain members of the entertainment team were borderline rude/not very friendly, just so blunt, especially with kids! However others were absolutely lovely, especially the girls!

The rooms are very basic but really lovely and roomy, so we didn’t mind! We had a lovely roomy balcony too, the hotel is a great size, and not too busy at meal times etc, which made our experience a lot more relaxing. The pool is brilliant, it has a slight gradual depth which is fab for kids and adults with disabilities etc. The location is perfect as it is in between coral bay and paphos harbour. You can easily get the 615 bus from the main road either way for €1.50 adult or €0.75 per child. Last stop on the way to coral bay is Coralia beach which is beautiful and has a nice bar there! We loved going to kings avenue mall, absolutely stunning and loved shopping there! Especially Jumbo! The view of the sea from the pool bar is lovely! Can’t beat it, as well as the beautiful sunset. All in all we had a fantastic holiday! If the price was right we would definitely return!

The Eleni holiday village is brilliant. Absolutely no negatives to report at all. We has a sea view room and it was massive! The room was spotlessly clean, and the same for the whole complex. Loads of choice in the all inclusive restaurant and the snack bar serves burgers, chips, omelettes, salads and toasted sandwiches all day. All the staff are really friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. My son had his own room and broke his air con. We reported it to reception and they fixed it within half an hour! The evening entertainment was great and always plenty of seats. There were empty sunloungers all day, including round the pool, which was spotless. We chose loungers on the grass which overlook the sea, perfect. The beach is a short walk on a path from the hotel garden which has amazing sunsets. It’s also a short walk to the main road where you can catch the bus that goes all the way down to paphos harbour or the other way to coral beach. Only 1 euro 50. You really don’t need a taxi to get around. I would 100% return to this hotel, it really was a perfect holiday!

We loved our week here, it is very clean staff are so friendly and helpful especially the pool bar staff Soulla in particular such a sweetheart. It is a basic hotel but has all you need, rooms are cleaned regularly and air con works well… entertainment is good for a small hotel. The all inclusive food is basic but you get what you pay for and we ate out every night which was always our intention knowing we had got a cheap base.

We decided to select Eleni Holiday Village, after reading the positive reviews, especial about the meals. We arrived the next day after flighting from Stanstead Airport. We were greeted by one of the receptionists who showed us to our room and informed us that they had left sandwiches, apples and drinks in our apartment fridge, which we appreciated.

Our apartment is very spacious and clean. The only down side to our apartment that we found very disturbing to our holiday , was there were loads of ants, crawling in the bath room and apartment. We saw cockroaches and also small lizards around. We were staying in the old blocks, which is badly need renovating and also the furniture needs updating.

You have to travel to the beach by bus, which is not too far and the buses runs frequently. Nothing around this area to do. Very quiet. The evenings meals are great, with wide selections.

Overall, we had a good rest but would not like to come back here because of the ants, cockcroaches and small lizards, we saw in our apartment.

Overall Cyprus is a beautiful place to visit. This is our first trip.

We really enjoyed our week at this hotel. Was nervous as it’s only 3* but really liked it. The food is fairly good. We always found something we liked and what is there is cooked nicely if a touch limited in choice. The pool is excellent. The evening entertainment is hit and miss. The two nights where there were entertainers hired in were good. We do prefer a bit of variety though. The staff members especially Nadia and her colleague(didn’t catch her name) in the kids club and mini disco were really lovely. Loved the location and bussed to coral bay and Paphos easily on very frequent and inexpensive busses a short walk from the hotel. The sunsets are gorgeous, only wished the pool bar stayed open so we didn’t have to walk up to the other while we watched the sunset. All in all great value for money. WiFi is free and is excellent. We would definitely come back.

Spent 5 days here towards the end of October as part of an all inclusive deal.
We arrived late evening and was told we had a snack and bottled water in our fridge and that we could get a drink in the bar which we did.
Room although a little tired was the perfect base, great air con, comfy beds, cleaned every day during in our stay and although the bathroom does need an update the shower was amazing.
Pool area was great, no fighting for sun beds and pool and snack bar was a great little place with spectacular views of the sea and sunsets which are beautiful.
The food was varied but always found something, that said it’s so cheap to eat out we chose to do that locally.
Great bus link €1.50 each way to Paphos which was a great trip out.
Entertainment is provided and no pressure if you don’t want to join in, as English it did feel a little like it was aimed at other countries but good fun all the same.
All in all this is a great hotel and would happily stay here again.

Staying at this lovely relaxing hotel at present, leaving in the morning.
Yes as people have stated before the hotel is outdated, but is spotlessly clean, and has a lovely friendly atmosphere.
During the hours of 10.30 till 5.30 the pool bar is open for drinks and snacks. Snacks are chips, burgers, hotdogs, toasties and salad.
The staff are the best !! They will cook you a jacket potato or an omelette if you ask. Every day of our stay they’ve made me a gorgeous cheese and mushroom omelette , nothing is too much trouble for them.
And the best bit is no sun bed wars , what ever time of day you go down to the pool there are empty sun beds, no getting up at silly O’clock to get one. The entertainment is basic but enough for us, kids disco every night then a bit of bingo then a music quiz, karaoke or something similar. A lot of the youngsters head into pathos for the evening. Only 1.50 each way on the bus or I believe a taxi is 15 euros.
No beach adjoining the hotel but you can walk along to a stony one not too far away.
Had a lovely holiday and would recommend to anyone that wants a nice quiet break away

We stayed at the Eleni Hotel Village for a week and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is as we expected following other reviews however we found the rooms spacious and clean. We booked a sea view room which wasn't actually a sea view however the hotel staff were more than happy to move us to another room.
Food and drink was fine. We always found something to eat with various food themes put on during the week. Staff are very accommodating and friendly.
We had a good peaceful week in Cyprus and enjoyed our stay.

Awful, worse hotel ever. This is definitely not a 4* it’s a 2* at best.

No slip mat in bath my husband slipped on first night hurt his back.
No complimentary tea or coffee but there is a kettle in the room and cups?
Sofas stained
Lights on wall broken.
No plugs for sink.
Tv no English channels
Two single beds pushed together.
I sat on a chair to have a drink and it broke?
The rail in the wardrobe broke.
Bathroom light didn’t work.
Stains on the walls
No toiletries
No iron or hairdryer
Shower hose filthy
Steps leading up to room broken.
No one to help with bags when we arrived?
My husband is disabled and I had to drag our luggage up the stairs.
Had to pay for safe?
Food was awful, we ate out nearly every day of our 14 day holiday, we were all inclusive.
We arrived around 10.30pm and when we got to our room there was a green Carrie bag on the side which had 2 sandwiches and 2 apples? Because we’d obviously missed dinner. There’s a fridge in the room but it was left out on side, obviously we didn’t want to eat warm sandwiches.

This is our first time to Cyprus I’d definitely come back but not to this hotel.
The staff at the snack bar were brilliant though, they knew our order for drinks and always asked if we were ok?

I think I have never experienced a hotel like this, it was a terrible stay old rooms old furnishings and impossible to find a deckchair because probably you have to get up at 05.00 am to put a towel to reserve the deckchair in all i don’t recommend this hotel

The ""BEACH"" at the hotel is not a beach its 10 meters of rock and water. the real beach is about 2km away from the hotel. its is flat.... the hotel itself has many steps about . to and from bar/pool/restaraunt

I was very sorry that I booked eleni, it was the worst apartment I’ve ever stayed old and ugly lots of people occupied the sun beds before they go for breakfast by putting towels on deck chairs
