All 6 of us stayed here and booked through a Spanish guy called Tallon we met at Rianxeira Restaurant in Cabo Roig in the Summer. He is sucha character in his hawaii shirt, always pissed but came up trumps with this place for us. Mum, dad and gran all stayed in lovely big apartment with English tv and everything you could wish for. The reception was only open at certain times but as we booked through Tallon we didnt really bother too much with em. The pool was freezing, not heated but hey, its Spain (this time of year, likened to Ayr - 4 sure) Great location, everything right on our doorstop. The Spanish fella even told us the where to go and not to. He also dsaid he spoke many languages and if we needed anything translating then he was our man. We were daunted by meeting this man and giving him our money in cash on the day but just like he promised in the Summer, everthing went like clockwork. He kept popping back to see us to make sure my gran was ok. One ogf the times, she felt he was away with the drink, but a lovely bloke whom knows all the gossip on all the places seemingly. He said his wife Tracy was poorly, so maybe explains why he was always drinking, the worry of his good lady. Angus, Andrea, Scotty, Mable, Jock and myself wish your wife all the very best with her cancer treatment . See you again in Summer. ALovely balcony and despite being warned about throwing butt ends over the balcony !! we all loved the complex and most certainly will be returning.

this is a great loction close to strip and beaches easy to get to and from with a large pool and now a small cafe in front and serves pool side. the comunal areas have improved and are clean. local night life is great and as for sleeping weel thats what holidays are aboutarnt they? noise from bushwahcker is reduced and if you are on tehe side near the supermarket then no problem much wuiter that others in the area

These apartments are ideally situated if you want to listen to Rock bands all night long. The apartment I occupied had tried to insulate against the noise but not totally successfully. The bass drum beats everything. The apartment itself was well appointed. However there is no reception no café and no restaurant on site. The communal areas are well maintained and clean. Remove the noise from the nearby Bushwacka pub and everything would be good.

This place is not suitable for couples or families or anyone who want who wants to sleep at nigth, because the apartments are over the Bushwacka Pub and the music starts at 10 p.m. and goes on until 4.am. in the morning. This happens 7 days a week. Not only that, the people are finishing up their drinks and the taxi rank is right outside, so you get no peace until at least 5 o'clock.

Unlike your previous reviewer,we think these appartments are in a great location.There are only a few appartments affected by the noise and they are right above the pub on the front.Everything you could want in the line of dining out,supermarket,beaches are on your doorstep.Regular bus service to the new la zenia shopping centre,a day out in itself. Bus service to Torrevieja which is a great place to visit,boat trips,great stalls and funfair to enjoy.We had a great holiday here.

Lovely pool area, very clean and staff were very friendly! Rooms are spacious and clean and location is very central - close to the strip (barsand restaurants), right next door is a supermarket and it's walking distance to the beaches!! I would definitely go back again!

This is my third year in row to stay here.ideal central location in the middle of all the bars and restaurants.the chemist is next door and also the supermarket.the pool is a good size and private ,the apts are well stocked .

Stayed for 3 nights 3-6 October. We asked for an apartment with air con, bath and in a quiet area and were delighted with our request. A spacious and lovely apartment set way back from The Strip so no problem with noise from The Bushwacker Pub.

Booked the apartments only 6 weeks before going. What a find ! So clean (maid in 5 out of 7 days). Pool area great. Self catering but there is an on site restaurant if you want breakfast or dinner. Reasonably priced. Pool bar serving drinks and snacks all day. There’s also an on site supermarket, pizza parlour and even a self service launderette. Can’t recommend it high enough and will definitely be back
