We Couldn't praise this hotel enough!! we stayed for 2 weeks and the only downside is that we had to leave... from Talo and Tracey at reception to Paul and Anna at the poolside bar They couldn't do enough for our kids 10/10, its a gem and we will be back.. the food at the poolbar was delicious and very reasonably priced they had everything from ice lollies to hot dogs and quarter pounder burgers, even my child asked if he could bring one of their burgers home on the plane as it was the nicest he ever tasted 😁 The kids loved the banter from Paul and Anna at the pool so much that they used to get there own swimming gear ready every night for the following morning.. Talo and Tracey at reception were the same always there with a smile and bit of banter to make us enjoy our day, even down to the little things like offering swimming nappies to us for free when we had realised we had run out... its the staff that made this holiday for us so special. If this hotel was in the middle of nowhere you wouldnt want to leave but it was in the middle of the main strip so everything was on your doorstep, something that you can't buy when booking a holiday is staff and they made it for us, if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be writing this review.

On arrival we where greeted by Tracey and her team and where made to feel welcome from the word go to say there was 20 golfers.
The apartments were very clean and had all the basic essentials we needed also a very big balcony side view over the pool area.
The pool and bar area very clean and relaxing also only a step away from the nightlife restaurants and bars.
Hopefully see you all again next year 😁

Had one night in Cabo and stayed here. Very clean and extremely spacious two bed apartment with balcony. Friendly and informative guy checked us in and showed us our room. Location is perfect for the ‘strip’ and beach and there is a lovely pool on premises too although slightly too chilly for me at the moment. Good security getting in and out of complex. Will definitely come back and for longer stay.

Booked directly through Innisfree for our week. The apartment was dated but clean. Irish and English tv channels fully operational. The dishwasher and washer were all new. Loved the small step down bath, rather than a shower we had years ago. Lovely man on reception couldn't do enough for us. Now for negatives, whilst there are signs up, folk still ignoring the need to wear mask coverings when walking through communal areas. I did upload a photo of a member staff whom continuously breached the wearing of mask rules. We were in the lift with him and he had no mask and we saw him stood by the pool chatting , again no masks. Management here needs to be made aware and he needs disciplining. He often was asleep at the pcs when we came back at night?? The lack of sanitizer around the hotel is worrying. The rear gate to enter the pool area was often wedged open and also the key fob given to us by Kieran was a waste of time too. The inner door is permanently wedged open with a bolt on the floor. Remember there isn't 24hr security here like PLayamarina 2. The bar remains closed also. The management also need to move away from the entrance to the hotel from the pool area as their clouds of smoke is very off putting too! That said, we love Cabo Roig and we the special rates we get from Innishfree holidays, i urge bookers to go direct with them, great support and fab taxi service. Many thanks Kieran x

Just back 2day after a week and couldn't fault the apartment what so ever. Management and staff were so friendly. Tracy was so lovely, Paul and Anna wer amazing getting us are drinks and food really nice people. Met some lovely people around the pool area. It's so chilled out and there were 12 of us and my wee one never left the pool. Highly recommend strip full of bars and restaurants at the door

Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife and daughter in a 2 bedroom apartment. The aparthotel was quiet as it was still early in the season, but this suited us. The whole place was nice and clean and our apartment was well furnished and modern with a pool view. Plenty of restaurants and bars right outside and a supermarket a couple of hundred metres away.

Just back after a 2 week stay at playmarina 1 ....staff always there if you needed anything, rooms very clean and the atmosphere by the pool was great especially because of the pool bar .....food was excellent and reasonable priced also....that is all down to paul and anna who couldn't do enough for us. Was sorry we had to leave but we will be back soon.

Been here a few times now and never disapoints. Apartments very clean, good pool area. Good bars/restaurants along the strip. Staff helpful and overall really pleased. Great for kids with some amusements nearby.

From the moment we booked the communications were excellent. Staff friendly and accommodating. Pool looked stunning, unfortunately a little chilly this time of year. Ideally located, apartment clean. All restaurants, bars, banks etc only a minute or 2 walk. We would stay again.

We booked this apartment inPlayamarina 1 through [---](property number 826183) and were glad because some apartments are right at thefront near the bars etc but this apartment is quiet and at the side/back of the hotel. So we got the best of both worlds with all the restaurants and bars so close but peace and quiet when we wanted it. Really nice hotel and the apartment was modern with everything you need,

The aqua park is approx 15 min away by car, There is also a free bus service to and from the waterpark. The bus picks up 2 min away from playamarina.
