Detailed Reviews
Easy to find hotel and ample street parking.
The glass front door was off it’s hinges, leaning against a wall with a sign not to touch it.
The receptionist was Russian but spoke Spanish, we can do a bit of Spanish so we got checked in. She took photos with her phone of our id and booking email from my phone.
Then she explained the door gets locked at night and showed us a pin pad outside for access.
Interior is interesting.
The apartments are large, basic, a double bed and two singles, big kitchen with full size oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine in a utility area, microwave. All quite old appliances but clean. We only used the fridge and kettle.
The terrace is glazed in and the view is just the apartments opposite.
Our floor had a group of young lads who used the apartment next to ours as a meeting place.
We had no water the first night.
At 4am it got very rowdy, which resulted in me banging on the wall with a shoe and asking the guys to shut up. They did thankfully.
Next morning the water was on, then it went off. We reported it. Came back after lunch, still no water. Reported it.
Water came on. We went for a stroll, came back, no water! We reported it, receptionist disappeared downstairs, water back on. By the time we wanted to shower to go out for the evening, water off again.
They keep turning everyone’s water off!
Got it back on, showered in 30 seconds in case it went off again and went out.
Laid in bed this morning and could hear the toilet cistern filling up, so it was off again overnight.
The hotel is cheap, so it does get lots of groups in, golfers, young lads, so it’s not a peaceful place.
Saying that, all we wanted was a 2 night break, a walk out to the ample bars with live entertainment and restaurants, which are literally on the doorstep.
Would I stay there again? Probably not. The water situation is just bizarre.
Oh we came in both nights after 1am and didn’t need to use the pin pad outside, the front of the hotel was open.

Good location, good value for money.Close to all the bars and restaurants literally outside.
Apartment clean except floors were not swept through.
The complex does not supply cleaning products or a drying cloth.
The reception is manned during the day. On arrival we were checked in promptly but with little conversation. Given the key but not told which way to go.
The complex has free WiFi throughout with good signal.

Arrived at this place was told had not paid even though had on booking.com. Staff extremely rude and unhelpful. After 1 hour of saying no payment they finally agreed that we had paid. We went to room it had fat and grease dripping down the cooker and any window that was looked out if had washing or a walk as a view. It was extremely dirty. We left

Large size 2 brm apartment in Cabo Roig only 5 mins stroll to the beach. Close to shops , restaurants and bars (1 min). Very reasonably priced, great amenities including outdoor swimming pool. Inside of hotel beautiful with old paintings.
Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Plenty of free off street parking available.
Free wifi also available.
Would definitely recommend this place for a short stay.

Booked in for 2 nights. Left after one. Very grubby and camp beds. Noisy and could not even get drinking water in hotel. Definitely not 3 star. No service whatsoever. Not even 1 star in my opinion. Other guests agreed with us. Very disappointed

We stayed here for one night and had nothing but problems. No one seems to care either.
Once checked in, we were taken to our room and shown around. We paid extra for a ‘superior’ apartment.
Once we unpacked we wanted to put our valuables in the safe. This didn’t work so it was reported to reception. The lady said it’s because we had checked in half hr early and they are on timers. So we sat around wasting time, waiting for it to work. Forty minutes later, the safe still didn’t work. The maintenance person came to show us how to work it and he couldn’t get it to work either. He then showed us (he couldn’t speak English) the batteries and indicated they needed to be replaced. He indicated he’d be back in a few minutes. Half hr went by and he still didn’t return so another trip to reception. He then came back with a new pack of batteries and all was good, the safe worked. Hurrah! We can now go out (as mentioned previously, we were only there for one day so already we’d wasted time). We left the apartment and noticed the door wouldn’t lock. Off we go to find the maintenance guy again. An hr passes and he is back and forth as he couldn’t get the door to lock either. Eventually he gives us the master key and leaves. Guess what! The master key didn’t lock the door either! The cleaner and him return, still trying to figure the door situation. We asked to move rooms a few times by this point and we’re told there were no more rooms as the hotel was full (even though they were still available to book online) then the cleaner realised that her key card worked on our door so it must have been a faulty key card. Maintenance issued a new key card and finally we could leave the hotel.
An hr later, we received a call from our son to say the shower was flooding and not working properly and in his words ‘the water smelt like the mud baths that we’d visited the week previously. Back to the hotel my husband went to sort the issue. After 45 minutes he returned and explained that we had finally been given a new room and he had to move all of our belongings. This room wasn’t a ‘superior’ apartment so we had actually been downgraded and when he asked for a partial refund he was told no. No one seemed to care that our day was wasted trying to resolve problem after problem indoors, rather than being out in the sun trying to enjoy the last day of our holiday.
Upon checking out early the following morning, the main hotel doors were broken and hanging off of their hinges so we only just managed to get out!
Literally the worst hotel we’ve stayed in. They do not care about their guests and their customer service is shocking!
I would not recommend staying here at all and would never return.
