We stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Seepark. The room was clean, spacious, modern and equipped with a very nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There was a very large selection and the quality was outstanding. Also the food in the restaurant. The location on the Lendkanal is really nice and you can rent a stand-up paddle board (or various boats) and get along the canal in a few minutes to Lake Wörthersee. The only thing we didn't like was the pool situation. In itself, the pool would be nice and also quite large, but that does not do much good, as the pool is used for training at many times by various swimming clubs etc. and so for the hotel guests often only a third of the pool remains. For a long holiday, the hotel would therefore not be the first choice for me personally, but if I have appointments in Klagenfurt again and need 2-3 nights accommodation, I will gladly book the Hotel Seepark again.

I booked New Year's Eve dinner: everything great, high-end cuisine. I felt faint and unwell, yet the hotel staff seemed to operate more like unfeeling robots than compassionate human beings.

Lovely location between parks and lake but two minutes from the center... nice spa but little controlled and with access to nudists... which is not very pleasant x all! breakfast exaggeratedly expensive for what it offers... I recommend putting coffee machines in the room since the coffee in the breakfast room is undrinkable and shame that the bar opens at 10 so you can not take only coffee and croissant for breakfast

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our hotel room had a balcony that overlooked the canal and we enjoyed watching the clouds move across the hills every morning. The breakfast buffet is the best I've ever had with a huge variety of foods to choose from and everything I tried was very good quality. The hotel gym was excellent! Our room was clean and comfortable, but there are some things you should know before booking. The sink and shower area are separated from the sleeping area by a string curtain so there is no privacy and you will wake up others if you use the sink while they are sleeping. The bed was comfortable but the sheets and the towels were rough and scratchy. Our room got hot and stuffy in the afternoon and there was no way to adjust the temperature. The door to the balcony can be tilted for ventilation which is great unless other guests are on their balconies talking. We had to choose between being too hot in a quiet room or listening to loud voices all night in a cool room. Housekeeping was inconsistent and took our towels away two days but didn't leave fresh ones. The front desk had towels delivered immediately when I called. I will stay here again the next time I am in Klagenfurt.

Overall, it was the fourth booking in this top hotel and, as always, it was PERFECT. The restaurant entices with good cuisine that leaves nothing to be desired. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes' drive away and you can easily reach the city center. Requests are immediately implemented in a friendly manner at reception. Seepark Resort. I can remember it being built as I have lived many years in Klagenfurt and the surrounding areas. The hotel was built 15 years ago or around that time but this is the first time that we ha e stayed here. We are staying for the week with 2 more days to go. The location is ideal near to the lake Woerther (Woerthersee) with its large beach with wooden sunbathing pontoons. On a busy sunny day there can be 10,000 people. Also the marina and nearby Maria Loretto Restaurant with beautiful views of the lake. The pier for the boats around the lake is 10 minutes walk away. A trip takes 4 hours unless you get of and wait for the next. Boats sail every 2 hours. The hotel which is in an ideal location for local amenities. We are taking B&B, Breakfast is served from a buffet with a tremendous selection to cater for all tastes. Vegetarian or meat lovers. The rooms are very nice there are 2 or3 classes of rooms but all over look the park and the hotels sunbeds and the barhing in the natural water inlet from the famous Lend canal which is water from the lake (drinking quality) and terminates in Klagenfurt. This is also the outlet from the lake, the warm water inlet is at Veldon, the other end of the lake 22 km away. Smoking is allowed in open places, also eating places outside and on your balcony if you have one. Service to the sun areas are provided. Although there is a large car park for r00 cars at busy times it is difficult to find a place. There is also an underground carpark payment extra. The hotel has bycyles, electro scooters and stand paddle surf boards for hire at extra cost.
