My husband & I stayed here for 2 weeks from 6th to 20th October & had a fab holiday (stayed b & b).
We’d booked a suite & had emailed prior to arrival for a top floor location if possible & were allocated a great room with a massive wrap around balcony. My husband had also arranged prior to arrival a nice bottle of champagne & flowers to help take my mind off a stressful year which Dimitris sorted out for him - thank you, it was greatly appreciated 😀

The separate lounge area was very spacious & the main bedroom had a very comfy bed. Lots of storage space in the wardrobes (safe is inside) along with an ironing board & iron. Hairdryers are provided & are situated in the bedroom, not attached to the bathroom wall which makes a change. Housekeeping did a brilliant job every day keeping our suite clean & tidy.

Breakfast was great with lots of options for both hot & cold items & omelettes made to order as well. Liked being able to sit outside on the small terrace & enjoy the sunshine. All wait staff were very friendly & there is a tip jar for them on the table by the main exit as you leave & they deserve it.

The grounds are spacious & loved being able to sunbathe without feeling crammed in like many of the hotels we passed on our daily walks out & about. The pool was nice & refreshing in the heat & the pool bar did great snacks & we enjoyed sampling the different cocktails every day. Beach towels can also be found at the pool bar. Demetris worked very hard each day & also gave some good recommendations for restaurants. There were also 2 very well fed cats in the grounds which was nice to see.

Not many people seemed to use the hotel bar which is a shame as the prices were very cheap (even before happy hour!) & the bar staff made great cocktails. We found the seating area comfy & nicely shaded in the afternoon.

There is an area as you go into reception on the left-hand side where you can leave any used books & borrow any others which I did whilst there.

Bikes are also available to rent from the hotel which we did one day (they come with helmets & a lock) & rode along the coast all the way up to the Elysium.

Thank you to all of the lovely ladies on Reception, you were very kind & helpful & made our holiday that bit more relaxed as sadly my dad passed away not long after we returned home

Would recommend this hotel & look forward to returning when we can.

I dont understand why there are any negative reviews for this hotel. Everything about this hotel was perfect.

I upgraded our room to a suite so we had a separate living space. The room was very spacious and clean. The view from our room was amazing, two of the photos attached are the view from our balcony, as you can see, absolutely incredible. The bathroom had a bath and a separate waterfall shower. We also had a his and hers sink but only ever used the one. You get the usual shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, body cream, soap, sewing kit, shower cap, cotton wool & buds and shoe polish so if you only have hand luggage, i wouldnt bring your own to save liquids and space.

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They arranged a cake and sparkling wine in the room for a birthday we were celebrating. This was an additional charge but they made sure it was all put in the room whilst we were out on an excursion.

The hotel seemed quiet and the sun loungers were spaced out to keep to social distancing. The pool itself was a good size and depth all the way around. We spent a whole day around the pool relaxing but wish we had longer. There are a good range of drinks and the food is a reasonable price. The quality of food at the pool bar was very good and is worth eating there than going anywhere else nearby.

There are a few shops and small restaurants nearby. Michaels Sports Bar is literally next to the hotel and the guys who work there are so friendly- there cocktails are very strong and roughly €4-€4.50 each. They have a few tv screens so can play more than one game at once if need be.

The hotel is a great location and is about 15 mins walk to the harbour but you can walk all the way down the sea front to get there which is a gorgeous view.

We would definitely come back to this hotel when we do come back to Cyrpus as it has everything we need as a couple.

One small down fall was the indoor pool beautiful as it was was like ice water .Really wanted to swim but outdoor pools closed as its january ,I'm sure they would have been warmer than the indoor pool sadly that's the only let down and sadly other guests complaining about it as well but hey ho .
A lovely area a walk through hotel grounds to beach loved it will be returning as lovely hotel but have decided to pay for a daily swim pass at the hotel over the road as all pools are heated indoor and outdoor so can be used all year round .

Nice spacious rooms with sea view. Very good pool area and garden with a lot of sparely located sun beds. We like that hotel is small, not crowded in outside areas and privacy is possible during days. Kind and welcoming service. Spacious is really the key word for amenities. Good access to the sea. Sandy beach.

We recommend to the hotel to install rack or cord to the balcony for drying clothes. Currently it is difficult to find a place for it after jogging or swimming. Also towels are just hang over the barriers of the balconies. Would be easy and cheap to fix it.

Restaurant is the weakest link in the chain. It is cold and echoing room. Balcony is very small and you must be lucky to get table there. View from restaurant to the parking lot is not the loveliest considering the natural beauty of the coastline just around the corner. Therefore we recommend to skip meals in this hotel. There are plenty of very nice restaurants nearby, like Lounge 48 and Ficardo - both are just few steps from the hotel. Even without meals this hotels pays off with very reasonable prices.

Smooth and easy check in. Airport transfer good however pool closed when we arrived and wasn’t informed of this before hand!
Breakfast very cold first morning given cold water for tea! Dining room is very small and could see it being an issue in the summer when hotel could be full.
My main concern about this hotel is security the hotel is very open from the coastal path and seems to be the norm with a lot of the hotels on this strip! Also as reception is in a separate building anyone could walk in from the main road and access rooms.
Rooms are basically equipped with what you need.
Indoor pool was like an ice bath, gym well equipped and sauna you have to ask to be switched on but temperature not very good.

We had passed Amphora on a previous visit to Paphos and thought it looked good. After reviewing it on Trip Advisor we decided to give it a try
Overall It does live up to its reviews. It is very well positioned, close to the sea but far enough from town to walk off some of your dinner. The staff are friendly and helpful, breakfasts are very good and plentiful and the rooms are generously proportioned. Having said that describing the room as minimalist is an understatement. I found it stark, angular and a bit unwelcoming. It is not quite enough to stop me coming again but a bit of colour and some soft textures would be welcome

One would fall short of words to describe this place that is so serene and beautiful.
The experience right from the start was so amazing that its beyond words to explain it.
Situated atop the blue and beautiful Mediterranean waters, this beautiful property offers everything a couple would need for a quiet and peaceful holiday.
The staff are very courteous and friendly.
Since I wasn't happy with the view that my room had, I asked them for a change of room and they kindly obliged for a nominal fee as upgrade charges. Also, they did a complimentary room decoration since we'd our anniversary on one of the nights there.
The breakfast place is also amazing with a wide spread of continental options.
Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting paphos.

The rooms are not clean' and not cleaned on a daily basis, the baths are out of service (and no one will tell you that), there is no option to adjust the tempreture in the room (in the winter you will have only heating and viversel), the water presure is very week and the worst part is that the staff give a very poor response. We had a very hot week with no a\c in the room, and no option to fill up a bath for us. beside that, when we asked to talk to a manager, the manager Jana avoided us in any possible way and stood us up when we set up a meeting. when we finally were able to reach her by the phone (that also required a lot of affort and insisting on our behalf) she talked in a very disrespecting way' was unatentive to our problems, offered no solutions, and made sure to tell us why were wrong and it's A\C isn't requiered even though is was a very hot few days.. very disapointing, not the kind of service you expect from a hotel that seems so nice. we would advise you to add a little more and to go to a 5 star hotel where you will get all the accomidations in the best way.

We stayed at the Amphora Resort for 12 nights. The staff are extremely helpful and would bend over backwards for you. The views were incredible from poolside and balcony overlooking the sea and the harbour. The location is great. Next door to the amphora are 3 of the best restaurants we went to in paphos: suite 48, the lodge and Ficardo. The harbour is around 10-15 minute walk, a €1.50 bus trip which takes around 3 minutes, a 2 minute taxi journey for around €5 on the bolt taxi app. Our room was spacious, modern and cleaned to a high standard daily. The poolside and eating area was also very clean and tidy. Very chilled out place and would definitely return!

My Husband and I returned from our 4th visit to the Amphora Suites a few days ago and cannot wait for our next visit. As on our previous visits we loved everything about this delightful welcoming hotel. We booked directly with the hotel which included a free airport transfer, the driver of our mini-bus was waiting at Paphos Airport with my name on a board and we were soon on our way followed by a smooth and friendly check-in.

All the rooms overlook the lovely well kept sunny gardens and have either a balcony or terrace, a fridge, kettle and supply of coffee, milk and a range of good quality toiletries in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets changed during our stay also the towels were changed regularly and our room cleaned daily. There were always plenty of sunbeds available whatever time of day. One could hire swimming towels for the pool.

The breakfast buffet was up to its usual high standard with a vast range of cereals, fruit, fresh fruit salad, porridge, cooked breakfast items including full English, eggs, pancakes, croissants, cake and lots of choice of breads. The staff in the breakfast room work tirelessly clearing and cleaning the outside tables and offering to assist the guests.

Once again we enjoyed every minute of our stay and were blessed with glorious warm sunshine throughout. Until next time - Thank You to all the staff, we will look forward to seeing you again next year.

Yes we did. We were orginally going to get an NHS one but with the rules changing for testing and the delays in results we got them done privately for £149 each with a clinic called Vivo Clinic.
