The place is basically clean, but everything seems to be as they were in the 80's: the furniture drapes and even the TV (an old 20" tube). So, the place is in a desperate need of an refurbishment.
The complimentary breakfast was rather basic, yet still ok.
The location is quiet, the rooms are small and very basic. All in all, one can get a good night's sleep, but it still isn't worth 60 euros, in my opinion.

Al lado una factoría de madera o algo así que empieza a trabajar a las 7 de la mañana. Llegas y ves un montón de llaves en el mostrador con un post it con nombres. No hay nadie. En teoría, coges la tuya si no hay nadie. Que casi nunca hay nadie. La puerta del hotel (más bien es un bed & breakfast que no se atreve a decir su nombre) nunca se cierra.Tuvimos suerte porque si estaba el hombre y, sospecho, que dueño. Amable. Escaso dominio del inglés. Me dio la impresión de que su clientela era básicamente finlandesa y rusa. Habitaciones muy sencillas y no hay servicio de limpieza. Hace mucho calor dentro y las ventanas no se puede abrir. El desayuno es de bufé pero, cuando acabas, tienes que llevar los platos a la cocina porque si no te miran mal.
Si amas la naturaleza salvaje (con algo de ruido industrial para despertarte) y el alojamiento sencillo, muy sencillo, este casa de invitados podría ser tu opción. O no.

A me dispiace sempre quando devo dare dei giudizi così negativi, perché penso che magari posso essere stata sfortunata io e che altri possono pensarla diversamente, ma la notte trascorsa in questa guesthouse non è stata il massimo.
Già il paesino in cui dormire non è stata una buona scelta, non c'è davvero nulla..è difficile anche trovare un posto dove mangiare un boccone..non c'è veramente niente!
Quando siamo arrivati il proprietario non c'era (e non l'avremo visto fino alla mattina seguente), aveva lasciato le chiavi sul bancone ed abbiamo fatto da soli.
La guesthouse è un pò vecchiotta, la camera era piccola, le tende non permettevano di oscurare la stanza per dormire bene, la pulizia non era impeccabile, bagno minuscolo..ma soprattutto l'acqua calda veniva per un minuto a malapena..impossibile farsi la doccia! Il problema è stato che non essendoci il padrone non potevamo neanche chiedere di essere spostati.
C'è una piscina, a quanto pare utilizzabile a pagamento, ma l'acqua è 20 gradi, gelida!
L'unico lato positivo è stata la colazione, anche se non c'era tanta scelta era comunque abbondante.
Per 80 € mi spettavo qualcosa di meglio!

Замечательное, спокойное место. Остановка на ночлег. Включен хороший завтрак. Можно прогуляться вечером по тихим улочкам. Выйти к воде, подышать воздухом. В отеле есть сауна с бассейном. С хозяином общались жестами, но обо всём договорились. Ключи взяли на стойке - была бирка с фамилией. Оплата утром по факту получения услуги.
