Neighbourhood
Kungsholmen
Kungsholmen is one of the largest islands in central Stockholm and one of the most popular places to live. Its most famous attraction is Stockholm’s City Hall, which stands out with its monumental architecture and is one of the most photographed buildings in Sweden. Kungsholmen has its own little city center and shopping mall, its own beach and a lovely pedestrian area next to the water, which charms both locals and visitors with beautiful little cafés, restaurants and of course an awesome view. This neighborhood is perfect for a relaxed stroll followed by some coffee on a Sunday afternoon.

It works for business too. There are people In the reception all night. However the hotel doors are closed from 10 pm and you need to ring to open the doors if you don't have a card from hotel. I am surprised of badly reviews before. For the area and value for money I had a

Room was clean, but I landed at 10PM so arrived at the hotel at 11PM to find the entrance locked. No food. No laundry. No closet. No ironing board. Have a communal minuscule board in the corridor, screwed to the wall. Not staying him again..... really not worth it.

Hello, It is very uppsetting to hear that you had a bad experiance. However, I want to address some of your complaints. We lock the entrance at 22:00 for the evening. You can ring the doorbell on the right side of the entrance and we will let you in. We do not provide any laundry service at our hotel. We have a ironing board on each floor. They are located at the far end opposite the lift. Please ask us at the front desk if you have any questions or if there is anything you are missing. Best regards, Charlotte, front desk

First and last time to check into hotel with basement rooms and with poor ventilation, during even a night stay! The entire experience failed completely. On the other hand the sleeping room/ bathroom and the breakfast hall was OK! also the cleanliness of the facilities.

My first time to stay in this chain hotel, comfortable and clean room but small . Some rooms are with ventilation only and no window. Breakfast buffet is good with varieties and the restaurant is full of guests in the morning. A few restaurants within walking distance.

There are 2 types of shared rooms: rooms with a single shower and rooms with a single toilet and a sink each. You can have some private time there and shower or poop in peace 😉

A very easy and probably the cheapest way is the following: Take an airport bus (flygbus) from Arlanda airport to S:t Eriksplan (direction: Cityterminalen). This takes about 40 minutes. From there, it's about 1km to walk. Alternatively, you can take the metro (tunnelbana) from S:t Eriksplan to Fridhemsplan. From there, it's about 200m to walk. Unfortunately, I don't know taxi prices in Stockholm.
