Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The hotel was Value for money hotel. The room was Clean, decent, lots of space, we even had an extra bed that we didn't need, quiet, there was parking available, nice breakfast, and all these at a very good location. Friendly personnel, easy-going, we enjoyed the stay.

The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable that neither of us got a good night's sleep. I was sent an email asking if I would like to upgrade to a triple room for an extra 20 euros which I did. I expected a larger room but it seemed that an extra bed had been squeezed in. A triple yes but I wouldn't class it as an upgrade. There was very little room to move. The terrace had no table or chairs and there were no chairs in the room which meant any time spent in the room meant laying on the dreadful beds. The bath/shower was big enough only for a small child and was a mini ''sit in'' bath with a shower hose. Putting the anti-slip mat stopped the water from flowing away as you would need a mat the size of a postage stamp to fit in and I had a nasty fall trying to use the shower. Parking was a nightmare. We'd booked for 3 nights but gave up and left after 2 and went elsewhere. Having stayed in the ''upgraded'' room I can't even imagine how bad a normal room would be. Definitely would never stay there again. Only good points were the staff were excellent and the room extremely clean. Breakfast was ok.

Nice room with all kind of amenities ( hair dryer, shampoo, soap, sleepers, toothbrush ...), very clean with a view to the river. Hotel is located 5 min walk from the center . Very good breakfast with a lot of choices .The staff is very helpful really fulfilled all our needs especially PANAGIOTIS. Hotel management should make some improvements regarding beds , matress was very old also the breakfast maybe somethings like all kind of eggs should be daily prepared and fresh also 🍞 bread . Parking is only for 6-8 cars but if you are lucky you can find around .

The hotel is near to the center of Trikala and its river, has an internal yard with some private parking space. The room is quite wide and renewed. The breakfast is quite varied and good. The hotel is under renovation. The air conditioning point just in the bed, not comfortable. A little bit of honesty lacks, we reserved via mail a double room, and staff confirmed that, but only when we opened the room doors find out that they gave us a twin one, we immediately went to the reception and they answered us that a double room is not available and we (or they) can put the beds nearer (their structures prevent to join completely). Definitely a good solution for Trikala and Meteora (about 30 mins far by car) if they will improve the lacks (especially the honesty).

We chose this hotel for its location and price. Turns out it was even better than expected. We were blessed with a top corner room with two large windows and a balcony. They are in the midst of upgrading and it is nice. From the moment we arrived the hospitality from the front desk was outstanding. The young man acknowledged us by name and handed me the phone to take a call from my pen pal whose voice I had never heard until that moment. I will never forget that feeling! Sorry I cannot recall his name but his customer service was extraordinary! The Greek breakfast selection was plentiful and the dining area very pleasant. The place was filled with very nice students staying there as a group. Would stay here again. Only advice is if you have a car park it on the street and try not to move it as parking can be a challenge. Very walkable to restaurant, shopping, landmark locations. Loved Trikala for so many reasons.

Good hotel for staying a few days. Near the city center, so in a few minutes walking you can get to most interesting cities. I was staying for 5 nights. The bed was a bit hard and occasionally the fridge in the room started making some noise (not too loud). The breakfast was good, a small buffet with some different choices, even a few options close to continental breakfast and also some sweets.

Hotel in central of the city, in front of river litheon, everything from here is reached by foot. Personal is very friendly, and prices are very logical. Cafe is inside the hotel and manager Konstantinos is always there to help you out with ideas for sightseeing or dinner or nightlife.
