    I was surprised to see the ground floor bar turned into breakfast venue and restaurant. The ala carte breakfast is of excellent quality and variety. Room service is perfect as always. What is missing though is a small business station, that is a computer and a printer

    The Excelsior does not have parking space. You can park your car temporarily at the hotel’s entrance to unload your luggage and check in. The staff will then direct you to the closest private parking.

    do you have cancellation charges, if booked for four days
    Cancellation fees apply according to the rate you book. If you book fully flexible, no cancellation fees apply. If you book non refundable, the entire stay will be charged whether you stay or not. Because of our very high occupancy, most of our rates offered are non redundable.

    do you have a fully equipped gym included?
    Hello, since we are a a boutique hotel we do not have a gym in our building, but guests can use the fully equipped gym in our sister property, City Hotel, just across the street from the Excelsior, completely free of charge.
