Villa is located 5 mins drive from Lefkada town in a quiet place, but we have struggled to find it in the first place. Private and isolated. Host was nice, explained us where to places. Cleaning ladies were in the apartment everyday. Swimming pool was cleaned 2 times during our stay. Inner yard and pool area is nice, with working BBQ. All was good, except wi-fi. It didn't work for almost 3 days and it wasn't fixed after our first complaint. And parking is really small, we had to park at other villa space
We stayed in Villa Fivos for 5 nights and experienced a number of issues. The location of the Villa was odd - though the property is nice and gated, around the property is lots of ugly weeds and dried vegetation. It is also not very close to any sort of nice beach - we had to drive about 30 mins to see a beach worth visiting. There was also an alarming amount of mosquitoes in the evening. The garden around our villa was OK - nothing spectacular to look at. The furniture inside the villa was old and ripped, the decor was outdated and tired looking. The kitchen looked grimy to me, so I had to clean it before I was able to use it. The washing machine they offered was EXTREMELY outdated and did not wash our beach towels properly - they came out at the end of the cycle sopping wet. The sewer system backed up the morning of the second day we stayed due to the fact that the previous visitors flushed toilet paper down the toilets. It was DISGUSTING. There was sewage backed up all over the floor of the basement bathroom. When we called to report this issue and get it resolved, it was resolved. The maid did not come by to clean or replace towels until our third day (which was fine) but when we arrived back from our beach trip, we noticed that the windows and doors to the bedrooms on the ground level were left UNLOCKED with our valuables inside. Luckily nothing was taken, but we were very alarmed. There was prescription medication left on the coffee table that disappeared when we were not there. On top of all of this, we booked this Villa with the expectation that wifi would be available as indicated on their website. Unfortunately, for the entire duration of our stay the wifi was spotty at best. It only sort of worked very slowly by the pool and in the corner of the balcony. While we were inside the Villa, we were unable to access the internet. We were hoping to access work emails while at the Villa and were very disappointed when we were unable to do so. When we called to report the issue, we were assured that it DID work, but that someone would be out to see if they could do anything. When no one came, we called two more times and our complaints were dismissed, leaving the issue unresolved. Despite our other issues, the maid and groundskeeper were friendly and offered their assistance. Though the island was visually stunning, I will not be coming to this property again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.…
Me and my girl friend stayed to Adonis villa approximately one week ago. The place was absolutely lovely and the host so kind. The garden was very beautiful and the pool ideal and to drink a glass of wine next to this. We will come back soon.
We booked 2 weeks at Villa Fivos through Thompson Holidays! We normally use Owners Direct, and book flights independently so this was a change for us! Villa Fivos was clean, but it is dated! You can walk into the town but it will take you 30 minutes to get to the main square, a taxi back is a must as the road is not lit all the way & doesn't have a pavement!! The town is lovely, but don't expect any fine dining, it's tavernas serving fabulous Greek food and a lot to choose from. All in all we had a lovely two weeks, but Villa Fivos is basic! Word of warning, take plenty of mosquito repellent, the villa is opposite a large lagoon and this makes it a haven for them!!!
We have just returned from a two week holiday at this villa the villa was spotless and beautiful the location was great a few minutes into town and a beach cannot fault anything about the holiday or the villa will definitely go again.
