Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Although a distance of 10 minutes walk (when you know how) from the Acropolis Museum, it was well worth it. Note though that there is also a trolley bus in to Syntagma which runs tregularly during the day.
A small boutique hotel. With friendly, polite and professional personal throughout the hotel.
Our room was spotlessly clean. With fresh linen. You have a choice to have your room cleaned or not. of the 5 nights and 2 nights we stayed, even though every other day we requested fresh towels, we were given fresh towels and our bed was made everyday.
The breakfast is basic, in that they do not provide a cooked breakfast, but the choice was good enough. Note this is a bed and breakfast hotel only.

Perfectly comfortable and clean. We were a family of 4 staying in a room with a queen bed and pullout. Everyone slept comfortably. There was extra bedding (plenty to go around). Bathroom was small but clean. There was a hair dryer, bidet, in room safe, teak kettle, coffee machine, and two robes. They provided soap and shampoo but did not have extra toiletries like toothbrushes or razors. Breakfast was very vegetarian friendly. Can’t beat the location- close to everything we wanted to do. We stayed 5 nights and would stay here again.

Nice and quite rooms, very clean. Also very polite and helpful staff! I would surely revisit. Plus the location is convinient for tourism, or for business purposes. The room was a bit smaller than I would expect, but overall all everything was great! And a value for money choice.

The staff was good except upon check in the girl at the front desk Niki made us wait until she was off her personal phone call. She dos not even acknowledge us standing there until she was done. She was rude to my adult daughter when she went downstairs to ask a question regarding one of the listed amenities and was told they don’t do slippers anymore, I feel if they are no longer doing certain amenities they should remove them and up date their web site. I also had an incident with the same team member and she was just very rude. Unfortunately during our entire two week stay we only had hot water in our room one time. They did try to accommodate us buy letting us go to a different room when someone had checked out before someone else checked in on three separate occasions, the rest of the time we had to take cold showers. I don’t do that at home and felt I should not have had to do that on vacation. If I had stayed in a hostel that might be acceptable except that I have never stayed in a hostel nor would I. My daughter never got to take a hot shower once the entire time she was there. In reality when booking a hotel room, hot water is not an amenity. They really were apologetic don’t misunderstand me but, it was not acceptable. I am a senior citizen who had just had both knees replaced and a hip and the room they put us in had at least a 12 to 14 inch step down to even get in the bathroom. If my husband or daughter would not have been in the room with me I would still be stuck in that bathroom. Our daughter was there with us for the first of the two weeks and never got to take a hot shower once, she took cold showers the whole time. I struggled with this. Breakfast was good/adequate but it was literally the exact same thing every single day, which gets really old after two weeks, some variety would have been nice. The lady at breakfast daily was wonderful and very pleasant and worked hard to keep refilling everything. The other young girl Heleni at the front desk was very sweet and helpful as was the housekeeping . All in all it was my second worst experience in a hotel in Greece and I would not stay there again. The hot water issue and flat out rudeness was completely unacceptable. Also the fact that I was handicapped and they knew this and kept me in that room with the ungodly step up and down was completely inconsiderate.
