Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. First of all, the young, cheerful, friendly guys who work mornings in the lobby are overwhelmed with exhausted travelers (like me) who have had redeye flights and are hoping to check in early and get some rest. They handle all this with aplomb, offering to store our luggage for free and letting us use their wifi and ice water in the lobby while we wait, also free. In my instance, I was six hours early, 9 AM. To make a long story short, they switched my room (I didn't ask them to, they offered!) to a similar one that was vacant so I could check in early (again, for free) and get some much needed sleep, at 11:30 AM. I was very grateful for their kindness.

The room really is a suite, huge, with an extra seating area, strong air conditioning, spotlessly clean, and a comfortable bed. Location is 5 minutes from the Syggrou-Fix metro subway stop and in a safe neighborhood not far from the Acropolis. The only issue I had was the previous guest had left the safe locked so I couldn't use it, but the clerk used an emergency key to open it so I could input my own code and safeguard my valuables.

My only regret is that I had just one night here out of my week in Athens (they were full the other nights I wanted to stay) so make sure you reserve early. Oh, and checkout is normally 11 AM. While a later checkout would have been nice since I had to switch to another hotel, I did not ask them for that since they had done enough for me already. When I went down to check out and saw my sheet, I noticed they had already put down "12 Noon" for my checkout time without my even asking. These people are awesome . . . thanks again guys!

There is a reason this hotel has such high ratings. They do a fabulous job. Beautiful, clean room with a beautiful bathroom and shower. The guest services were all excellent. Everyone at the front desk was happy, friendly and helpful. They even accommodated a special request to ensure we had an easy transition from the hotel to cruise port for our vacation. Coming from a very picky traveler who stays in hotels more than 200 nights a year I give this property five stars and I most definitely will return. Hospitals at its best!

The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk to the centre of Athens - Acropolis entrance etc. The hotel does not provide breakfast although there are lots of nearby cafes for this. The room was quiet and very clean and the shower was very modern and powerful. This is a good option for anyone visiting Athens.

The is a Wonderful new hotel at the edge of La Plaka just below the Acropolis. Very clean, spacious rooms with beautiful contemporary touches throughout. The staff is friendly and very helpful. If you are bothered by road noise, you should ask for a room in the back of the hotel.

Great service. Brand new boutique style hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms nice roomy, bathrooms nice and roomy. Very clean and updated to a modern stylish hotel. Good location, close to many attractions including acropolis city attraction. Harry the front desk day staff and stephanos the night front desk gentlemen were extremely nice and accommodating. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel about 11pm and checked into a room. Excellent room with sitting area. Tea kettle and Nepresso coffee. Mini fridge with water alsoThe bath and shower were amazing and the beds extremely comfortable.

The next morning I got a call from the front desk who advised we were at the wrong hotel !! The taxi dropped us at the Wrong hotel. OMG !

The front desk had been expecting a late check in. The names were similar. We were tired from traveling and did not realize we were at the wrong place. .

I went down per front desk request , while getting everything sorted I was provided with a coffee and water. They also provided a later check out since there was a little confusion. While waiting on my travel friends to return from a tour I sat in the lobby. The front desk was so gracious to everyone checking out and in.

I left to go to the correct hotel about noon and I was sorry to leave. What a great find even though it was by mistake !! Location is perfect… lots to see and do around the area I will be staying here when I return and definitely recommend this charming Luxury Boutique Hotel.

We loved this hotel! Very clean and new!
Perfect size! Ideally located! 10 minutes from the acropolis on foot and plaka! Super convenient for taking the bus or train! ! Near restaurants and stores. We took the hop bus and it was worth it! I really recommend 😃

My wife and I, together with our 18 year old son and his friend, stated here last week for three nights. We had two rooms, which were modern and clean with a fast WiFi. Used the hotel as a base to explore Athens, using mostly the metro, which is very close. They do not serve breakfast, but you get free tea and coffee in the room. There is also a beautiful bakery 50 meters away for fresh coisonts and other pastries in the morning if needed. The reception staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. The cost for the four of us, in two rooms for three nights, was only €700, which was good value. The taxi from the airport was €50 (including a tip) and took just over half an hour. I can't think of any downsides (except that maybe the pillows were hard, Lol)

This boutique hotel is very clean and renovated. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and well appointed. One thing to know is the safe is not bolted to the floor. The linens are perfect and the towels are fluffy. House keeping is very 2 days but that was fine for us. If you need fresh towels they are glad to provide them. There is a Nespresso machine in the room as well as in the lounge area off the lobby. You can also make a coffee in the lobby and cold water is always available there. If you are coming in the from the airport by train and metro the stop is 2 short blocks from the hotel. The Acropolis is about a 10 minute walk as is the museum. You can walk to the Plaka area in 15 minutes straight along Syggrou Avenue. The Plaka area is where all the restaurants and boutiques are and is a much louder livelier area.
I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again
