The Athens Capital Center Hotel - MGallery Collection is celebrated for its exceptional service, with guests consistently highlighting the staff's warmth and professionalism. Many guests appreciate the hotel's value, citing spacious rooms and a prime location, though some caution that certain amenities, like parking and breakfast, may come at a premium. The central location is a hit among travelers, offering easy access to attractions and spectacular views. The modern ambiance and eco-friendly design, alongside a rooftop terrace, provide a chic and inviting atmosphere. While the rooms are praised for their modern features and tranquility, a few guests have noted that some rooms offer limited views and may feel compact. Cleanliness is a standout feature, with special commendation for immaculate bathrooms and cozy beds. The rooftop pool and restaurant are popular amenities, with the restaurant's Acropolis vistas receiving particular acclaim.

Very friendly and courteous staff, "sleek" check-in process, great room with nice details anticipated (including insulated light barrier at night). The rooms are spacious and absolutely quiet (eighth floor). The bathrooms are correspondingly spacious (at a high level, one could say that with double sinks, there are only sockets on one side).
The service and the roof bar, which stretches over the 9th/10th floors, are great. Breakfast with a view of Athens is a gift in itself. The breakfast buffet lacks nothing - it's nice that Greek cuisine is given appropriate consideration.
The location of the hotel is particularly noteworthy; the main attractions are within walking distance - but you can also immerse yourself in the "normal" life of the Athenians. If possible, you should avoid a car; even if there is a parking garage in the side street, it is very expensive. Everything is much easier to reach on foot.

Great hotel in the centre of Athens. Loved the rooftop bar/restaurant for the evening view of the Acropolis. We had a suite on the back side (not street facing) of the hotel which was spacious and very quiet. The room also had a modern bathroom and at night we really enjoyed having preset and motion sensor lighting in the suite. The breakfast buffet (which we only had once) was good but pricey as others have noted. We found many ala carte items that were very tasty and more than filling. We also stayed at the GB across the street which is a lovely hotel but for the money I would definitely stay here again instead.

Fantastic luxury boutique hotel experience. We had 2 Deluxe Rooms and loved the chic design, with stylish modern touches. The rooms were street facing but perfectly soundproofed so we couldn’t hear any noise from the busy thoroughfare below. The location in the heart of Athens is perfect for sightseeing and dining out, with most things within easy walking distance and with a handy metro station across the street. We loved the breakfast, a good quality selection. We always favour quality over quantity for hotel breakfasts and this one really delivered. The waiters were very attentive, with coffee arriving promptly. The pool is Insta fabulous and you will be using it a lot in the hot summer months. A big negative is the Lord of the Flies situation in relation to the extremely limited pool chairs and it would be nice if the hotel could work out a fair solution so all guests can be accommodated poolside, not just the most pushy. The pool temperature was also a little too cold for our liking and some heating to a slightly more pleasant temperature would be most welcome. The pool top bar was great and the bartender was super friendly and accomodating. Definitely do dinner on the rooftop. The view of Athens at night is incredible. We felt the staff were all very eager to please and anticipate our request. Overall an excellent MGallery experience and we will definitely be back next time we come to Athens.

Dear Arms06, It was a pleasure to have had you with us. Thank you so much for this wonderful review and rating. We are thrilled to read you have enjoyed our design, location and especially our breakfast buffet options and service. Please rest assured that I will pass on your kind words to the Team as it is the fuel that inspires them to work as hard as they do. Furthermore, we are sorry to hear that you may not have fully enjoyed your time at our pool due to the lack of sunbeds. In order to secure sun bed availability for every one of our guests, our pool Team does instruct our guest not to leave their belongings unattended for an extended period of time and furthermore, there is signage requesting that our guests do not leave their personal belongings as a means of reserving a sun bed. We do however understand your disappointment and I can personally assure you that I will discuss your feedback with our Team once again in an effort to improve the services we provide. Arms06, thank you again for your review and rating. We look forward to welcoming you back again, soon. Best regards, Evripides Tzikas General Manager

A beautiful hotel, new, next to the Parliament, and in a strategic position to quickly reach the main attractions of the city: the Acropolis and '15 minutes walk, Monastiraki as well, the Kolonaki district with its beautiful streets and its cafes' within walking distance and so on. Opposite there is the metro stop and a 3 minute walk the bus that with eur 5.50 takes you to the airport (by taxi 45 eur).
The hotel has beautiful rooms, furnished xon taste and class, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Beautiful rooftop with swimming pool, many tables where you can sip a drink with sunset right in front of you and some background music really apt and different at various times of the day.
Breakfast is served on the ninth floor: lots of choice of sweet and savory in a really nice environment.
Excellent service! From the reception, to the cleaning of the rooms, to the bar staff, to the porters: all very kind, prepared and with a smile on their lips.
In short: the place to be for a stay in Athens!
Very good!

We had a very smooth check in with some very lovely staff members.

We were offered an upgraded view (we booked a superior room) as we were celebrating a special occasion. The upgraded view was just ok, but it was the thought that counted for us.

Breakfast selection is quite small, but it did us, lots of pastries, fruits, and you could order eggs made to your choice.

The rooms were not too small, the feng shui of the room was perfect, the bathroom was very nice.

The Lobby area was small, but it's a boutique size hotel in the middle of the city so you wouldnt expect a grand entrance, but it is beautifully decorated.

The staff in the cafe off the lobby area were so accommodating. There was a particularly difficult customer and they handled her so professionally and were so patient with her. She was very bad mannered.

The roof top bar is beautiful, we ate here and although it was quite expensive (almost €30 for a chick burger and the same for a club sandwich) the portions were big and both meals came with chips, this is average what we would pay in Ireland, but in greece you can eat outside the hotel for Alot less.

A beer in the rooftop bar was between €9-€11.

There is a panoramic viewpoint above the rooftop restaurant and it is beautiful, and a great idea!

The hotel is round the corner from Syntagma square, and 10 min walk to Monastiraki Square, and a further 10 mins to Plaka/Old Town. Overall it is perfectly located and the area it is situated in is a little more upmarket than other areas further out from the city.

Overall we loved our experience here.

The Pros:
• Excellent Service: The service level at Athens Capital is commendable. The reception staff were particularly accommodating, arranging an early check-in which was greatly appreciated.
• Prime Location: The hotel is ideally situated close to the Parliament where visitors can view the famous Greek guards. It’s also near a park and within walking distance to Athens' busiest shopping areas, making it a perfect spot for both sightseeing and shopping.
• Quality Dining: The restaurant on the premises offers a nice selection of food with quick service. The Greek salad was exceptionally good, highlighting authentic local flavors.
• Modern Amenities: The hotel boasts a modern design and is decorated with inspiring quotes from famous women. The rooms are equipped with the latest conveniences, including wireless charging stations and multiple USB ports (both A and C), catering well to the tech-savvy traveler.
• Quiet Rooms: Despite being located on a main road, the rooms are relatively quiet, providing a peaceful retreat in the bustling city.
• Convenient Transportation: Access to the hotel from the airport is straightforward via metro, with a station directly across the road, enhancing convenience for travelers.
The Cons:
• Limited Views: While the rooms offer the benefit of quietness, they do not provide much of a view, which might be a slight disappointment for those who enjoy scenic vistas from their hotel room.
Overall Impression: Athens Capital offers a highly comfortable and convenient stay with its strategic location, excellent service, and modern amenities. While the view from the rooms may not be the highlight, the hotel's other features more than make up for it. It is an ideal choice for travelers looking for a blend of convenience, comfort, and access to local attractions.

This is an amazing hotel with an amazing staff. We were greeted and assisted with everything upon our arrival (check-in, bags, etc.) and everyone was very hospitable. The rooms are comfortable and are always clean. We did not use the rooftop pool, but the views were stunning from there (we could see the Acropolis), where they also have a restaurant and a bar. We ate at the restaurant and hung out at the bar some nights which was nice (good food and drinks), but be prepared to pay top hotel prices. The location of the hotel is convenient - it is right across from Syntagma Square, a popular meeting place for many scheduled activities. We also felt we could easily access surrounding neighborhoods, restaurants, and bars by walking from the hotel. Overall a great place to stay!

This hotel is not cheap, but is an excellent choice for central Athens. The location is unbeatable with all the main sites and places of interest within easy walking distance. The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was one of the best I can remember and we had a superb meal in the 10/F restaurant looking directly out at the Acropolis. Finally, all of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

For our second stay at MGallery Athens Capital, we had a perfect stay in this hotel.

First of all, the welcome, the smile and the friendliness of all the teams (reception, restaurant, housekeeping, etc.) is a real asset of this hotel. Everything is simple and easy...

The location is ideal; A large part of our visits were done on foot from the hotel.

The quality and originality of the catering at Mappemonde and its roof-top location (with a view of the Acropolis) are most appreciable (we dined 2 out of 3 evenings in this restaurant despite the offer of restaurants in Athens) .

We thank the entire team for our upgrade (by our Accor status) to the Maria CALLAS suite as well as all the delicate attentions.

We will return with great pleasure during our next visit to Athens.

Hello! The breakfast room at our main restaurant MFlavours (9th) does not offer a view of the Acropolis, but a view of the Parliament. You can enjoy a mesmerizing view of the Acropolis from our Mappemonde Rooftop Restaurant Bar & Lounge (10th floor), which also offers breakfast a la carte. Thank you!
