The apartment is very nice with a homely yet elegant feel. It is close to the city and is very spacious. Everything is very clean with many amenities (iron, dryer, coffee maker, etc.) Don't think twice, 100% recommended, an excellent option.

I stayed there for three nights with my partner. For the reasons mentioned avoid, we did not give them good feedback on Booking.
Right after that the owner, started harassing us with phone calls, and even tried to scam 100€ us allegedly reporting to Booking "that we we smoked in the room and we stole towels".
Luckily, we had already reported him after the 7th phone call, and attached enough photos supporting our bad review. On top of that, who on Earth would steal ripped towels from a dirty hotel?
If you carefully review the lower rated reviews of this apartment you will see feedback is consistent and his dodgy attitude is his usual response.
Reasons for the bad review:
- There is a pub in front of the building which gets really loud at night, you can hear everything and they have tables in the street touching the building entrance.
- It is located in a narrow lane which looks quite dirty and where homeless are based (did not have any issue but it doesn't look the best).
- The sofa was badly stained, we did not even sit on it.
- As mentioned, towels were ripped and so was the bed linen.
- The toilet was so narrow you had to use the loo from the side and almost jump it to get to the shower.
- The shower curtain look disgusting, it was white and looked yellow and even brown on the bottom part.
- They only left a small pot of gel for 2 nights and two people and the dispenser was empty.
I might have even forgotten about something, and still, the owner called us non-stop during the whole next day after leaving. Booking recommended to block his number and so we did. We were still enjoying our holidays in Greece and he decided to try charging us extra 100€ lying to us and to Booking, where he has already been reported.
AVOID IT NO MATTER WHAT.

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE! We arrived at 1am from the airport to find a dodgy room that was dirty stains on the bed, stains all over the bed head dirty marks on every wall! Shower was disgusting and ripped towels were made available. We stayed the night and booked somewhere else and left first thing in the morning. No refund by the owner just a rude remark saying he noted that it was dirty etc. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Check in e check out semplicissimi e rapidi. Unico appunto: aggiungerei una straccio in cucina, utile per asciugare le stoviglie e un forno a microonde (utile ma non essenziale).
