We booked Estia after reading few recommendations regarding the staff and the facility and we found all correct and beyond.

1. Marina and Anna are the heart and soul of the place, the excellent service both provided and the high standards both represent are just amazing.
They took care of us in such a nice way, it was really unique and we appreciate it.
It’s not taken as granted.

2. The facility is just stunning, the decorations, reception area, seating area, and the fact it always clean and smells good made us as guest to feel welcome.

Breakfast is super tasty, the variety of food, and the presentation gave us the feeling of fancy restaurant every morning.

We had a wonderful vacation due to the fact we booked Estia, plus the hotel is in a great location.

It was much beyond what we expected, thanks again for providing premium services.

We hope will have the chance to come back again soon.

Amazing boutique hotel. Staff her so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Niovi and team for service with a smile. We had booked a one bed apartment towards the back of the hotel. We were on the 4th floor and it was so quiet. The bed room had black out blinds and the apartment felt like everything was new.

Breakfast was good and had a great selection. Maritini have us some great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.

Hotel is located just under 10 mins walk from the bustling Psiri neighbourhood and near the flea market. Another 5 mins take the hill to the right of the temple of Hephaistos and there are some lovely places to eat and drink and take in a stunning view of the Acropolis.

Hotel reception girls kindly arranged a ebike tour with Laurence and this was definately a highlight of our trip. Learnt so much about modern and ancient Greece and how Greece became as it is today. I was nervous before as ai had never used an e bike but it was great fun and I am now sold on the benefits of an ebike particularly as you make your way up one of the many hills.

One recommendation would be to get the hotel to make reservations whether to a restaurant or a roof top bar..... We were there for Easter and certainly on Good Friday and Saturday Athens was busy.

We also managed to get to the beach and again Niovi for recommending Astir Beach.... Spent a lovely day there...

All in all loved Estia , loved Athens and would definately recommend.

Estia Boutique Hotel was quite the oasis gem. Every single member of the staff at the front desk was personable and willing to help with any question, reservation, transportation, etc. They were also keen to follow up how we enjoyed the restaurant or experience that they helped with. It felt like we were returning "home" each time to someone who genuinely was happy to see and greet us. Our spacious room was a dream and we chose the one bed apt specifically to help overcome the jet lag from our long journey in case one of us had trouble adjusting and sleeping. The interior decoration and specifics, like designer lighting, were carefully considered and lovingly detailed. I was told that the design of each floor represents a different region of Greece - all beautiful. It was very quiet - we never heard a peep of outside noise from hallways or exterior. Each section of the apartment had its own thermostat that worked perfectly. We were surprised to find that both TV's (one in each room) were also an interactive Internet device. Security is a very high standard. The breakfast spread was delicious with many homemade pastries, hot entrees and fresh fruit. Everything is kept very clean and to a high standard. This hotel is not located within the central touristy area, so we opted to ask for a taxi when we wanted to go further out. There are fabulous restaurants where the locals dine within walking distance and we noted prices as being more reasonable than in tourist central. Aleria restaurant, located within a block , was a special splurge, top notch experience and is rated very high for good reason. We were happy with our choice and would recommend Estia highly to anyone who wants a more authentic and elevated experience.

We stayed at "Estia Boutique Apartments" in Athens for 4 nights. This small hotel was a lovely choice. The staff was just incredible, very friendly and helpful and full of goodwill. They offered good recommendations for Restaurants and interesting places to visit. The atmosphere is very cosy, like a small family hotel.
The rooms are just lovely, spacious with attention to small details. The design of every floor is influenced by different areas in Greece.
Breakfast was perfect, very generous and tasty in the little courtyard.
They worked according to the "covid" limitations in a way that did not disturb us as guests.
Thank you!

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights in this beautiful apartment. The staff are so attentive and kind, they really do pay attention to the finer detail. Not only is the apartment beautiful on the eye the gadgets are all modern and the shower was luxury. Our apartment came fully equipped with a kitchen so we could cook which was handy with small children after long days walking around the attractions.
The breakfast was a perfect selection of meats and continental bits and bobs.
There are so many beautiful restaurants nearby for snacks and dinner we recommend heading to the little kook for deserts and fairytale as they are just stunning. For the best view of the Acropolis you need to visit the M.S rooftop restaurant, the BBQ burger is brilliant.
The apartment is around a 15 minute walk from the main athens Square but we advise using uber if you don't fancy the walk but we honestly found it perfectly situated.
Our apartment was cleaned daily to amazing standards and we had fresh towels daily to!
I would highly recommend the Estia Boutique and I have no doubt we will come again.

Estia's hotel, service and delicious breakfast were so lovely that I felt compelled to write a review. The hotel is stunningly beautiful, clearly renovated very recently, with very much attention to detail. We felt very safe and comfortable in the hotel, and the hotel hosts were INCREDIBLY kind and helpful, providing incredible service to us throughout our brief stay. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Their breakfast was the best meal we had in Athens, by a long way. If you stay here, don't order too many breakfast items, because you will be overwhelmed (I guess in a good way)! Every item was excellent, and large in size. My family ordered too much, and felt badly about it, but the staff was incredibly understanding, and were simply happy that we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel and the staff as well as the owners are just great. The hotel has been designed by the owner himself and looks beautiful! The breakfast is very tasty and they always fill up the dishes almost immediately. I never had any problems with my deadly peanut allergy. The rooms are big and very cozy. The staff was very interested with our experiences in athens and always asked about it and gave us a lot of great travel advice, they even made us a travel breakfast for a trip we had because we had to leave early.
The hotel itself is not in a very good area, you have to walk almost 15 minutes to get to the city and to more restaurants but there is a little shop right on the street of the hotel for snacks and drinks. Even though the area wasn‘t that nice, we‘d still recommend to stay there because of the hotel! The single beds are very narrow but comfortable. They even let you choose a special cushion prior to your stay. From thursday until sunday it can get very loud at night. The cleaning in the our room was okay, but we had to ask twice for more toilet paper because we only got 1 roll.

Nice to know: We recommend every one to use the app named Beat if you need a taxi. It‘s like Uber but you only pay like 5€ for a 20minutes ride. You get a ride almost immediately and it is very safe. The locals also use the app.

The pictures are from our room in the hotel, the breakfast area and the street in front of the hotel.

Everything on our stay went above and beyond.
From the moment I made a reservation i received a call to give me all the possible options to get to the hotel.
The location is also great about 10 mins walk from the main touristy area. Plenty of great places to eat around and bars. Places that locals attend. All this was recommended by the staff.
On arrival we got a friendly warm welcome. The hotel staff are exceptional and very helpful.
They went above and beyond to explain all the local attractions. Gave excellent advices to avoid touristic traps.
The room was spotless and amenities were fantastic. We stayed in the studio. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable and the room decor was fab.
Breakfast is done to a whole new level. The a la Carte menu is full of delicious food. Prepared to perfection.
I cant find anything that would take away from scoring this visit a 5/5.
Keep it up and am def. Recommending this place to all my friends visiting Athens.

Booked it seeing the reviews. Was a bit concerned about the location. But once you step inside, it’s a whole another world. Lovely room decor. Good breakfast. There is a very economical above ground car park within 5 min if your car is too big. Not as central as some of the other hotels, but can walk to some really cool restaurants.

In addition, note in every apartment there is an iron and iron board. At your disposal for any question, Best regards, Christelle
