As a solo traveler I was heading to Asia from Athens for just one night. Overall reasonably priced, clean for the most part, half decent breakfast selection, and friendly staff. The only drawback is the location is quite far from touristy area around the Parthenon such as plaka, and it's quite seedy with the occasional drug addicts sleeping in the streets.

Our room was nice, but food (room service and breakfast) not good. Saw some reviews that mentioned not feeling safe, street a little bit rough but we had no issues, and frankly noone gave us a second look, I think it's just the area isn't the most lavish. Staff were nice and everything was clean - quick and simple for a short stay. Archeological museum, lycabettus hill and Kotzia square all close to hotel but took us about 30 mins to get to Plaka

Hotel looks much better live than on the pictures, site, etc. Central location, brand new hotel, all facilities (except slippers) in the room. Awesome breakfast. The only thing that miss are balcons. Recommonded

Generally, a great stay. Large and comfy bed. Exclusive looking rooms with welcoming drinks (wine). Had issues with the air conditioning, we did have air conditioning where it was over 20 degrees due to the winter seasons, only warm air was coming out. Eventually, we had a room changed and had cold air flowing.

Just to watch out, I had all my documents and money in the safe apart from £100 which I have hidden in my suitcase just for an emergency situation. I completely forgot about that money until I got back home to look out for it, definitely not spent it. RIt was on my third night I believe, which was the first service day I have requested and money went missing. I only realized that when I got home. I phoned the hotel but they said about their reliable staff and nobody said anything.

If it were possible to give 0 I would. Housekeeping was a nightmare - they did not clean the room, did not replenish the towels and the air conditioning never worked. We were boiling and uncomfortable and the handyman never fixed it as they claimed. Also, it is in a very rough and seedy neighbourhood and does not feel safe. The only benefit is that it is close to the major sites - but there are nicer places closer too I'm sure. What a way to spend my birthday! I do NOT recommend and think this 'hotel' was a waste of money.

Had an enjoyable stay at Breeze Boutique . Hotel was only about a 15 min walk to the main Monistiraki square. The rooms were very tidy and the breakfast buffet is very nice. Only downside is the nearby neighbourhood can be a bit sketchy, especially at night. This can be avoided by staying on the main roads when walking.

It was a welcome surprise after mixed reviews. I can vouch for friendliness and helpfulness of management and staff.
Breakfast was an absolute delight. After filling up, no lunch needed at all.
One of the lifts may be a challenge... One person and 2 cases squeeze. Ha ha. There is another for more.
Rooms were adequate and beds divine. I slept so well.
A lovely surprise awaited us... A beautiful bottle of Merlot.
Don't be put off about people writing about location and graffiti... Its all over the city. And not to be worried about. We walked all over and were safe. It looks dodgy but more on they eye than physically. This would be about the surrounds but definitely not of the hotel. We loved our stay.
Thanks to all.

Brreze Boutique? A misnomer. No restaurant, so no more than two stars, by definition. Please look up how stars are deserved. Only buffet breakfast. No room service. No food on the premises. Not even a vending machine. Very low cost shower impossible to adjust properly. Room OK, if you consider two individual single beds placed next to each other as a Queen bed. Location? not recommended for touring or returning late at night. Yes, restaurants are not more than a few blocks away, but the neighborhood is not considered very safe. Even the taxis that we took, to go and then return after our tour, warned us about the unsafety of the zone. Employees were nice, but unable to solve our problem of a broken hairdryer. No replacement available and no electrician who could repair it. Hiccupy wifi is not their fault. So the only good thing was the price. Everythng else is under par, or as I said, dreadfully overrated. So, if you decide to go, Be Advised.

Firstly, they had our room booking wrong, we booked a twin room (we had evidence), but got a double bed, we are friends travelling together, not a couple. The hotel is poorly maintained, there was mould in our shower, this was the same in friends room we were travelling with were in. The bed was full of dust and I coughed all night, the mattress is so bad, I felt like I was being sucked into a black pit. The shower was broken, and barely gave us any water at all. The carpet, foul and stained everywhere, we did not let our bare feet touch it.
We were booked to stay for 3 nights here, we left after one, it was just unbearable.

Nice hotel in Omonia, close of Exarhia. A lot of restaurants and coffee shops around. Hotel is good, staff is gentile and hospitality! Breakfast is good and testy. On taxi 10 euros to Acropolis, Plaka or monastiraki. In hotel good air conditioner is good cos in summer in Athens very hot.
