I have mixed feelings about my experience so breaking down by topic. ROOMS Had a king deluxe. No pool. Rooms are large and balcony’s are super big. Rooms were very clean too. Large 4 poster bed with white netting. Cool bathroom. Walk in shower. Separate vanity in bedroom. Cool

I have just returned from five nights at sugar ridge (my second visit to the resort) and I had a lovely relaxing break. I stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and loved that the breakfast was not just buffet style as is commonly found, you can have eggs benedict, pancakes etc

Overall the stay at Sugar Ridge was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. On the day we checked out we had booked a car to take us to the airport. Driver did not show up and they got another taxi in 10 minutes. If you get John Henry as your driver he is very good. Aveda spa

We just got back from a quick trip and a 3 night stay at Sugar Ridge. We did the all inclusive option and we were greeted with rum punch which was a nice touch. We splurged on a plunge pool room but ours was on the lower side near the reception so we really didn’t have much of a

We had high hopes for our stay at Sugar Ridge, however we were sincerely let down. We had to change rooms after the first room we checked into smelled like mold, had stains on the upholstery and bed spread, along with rips and tears. We were also sitting right on top of the main

Hi! There are plenty of events for guests and honestly we enjoyed the beach so much we only used the pool early morning or on the day/s where we didn't frequent the pool, but rest assured 5:30/6 is a good time because after that there's a lot to do in the evening and you want to go freshen up and get ready. Also noting a room with a plunge pool is the way to go if you want a pool at all times/hours. Really great convenience and nice added touch. Bathrooms on the premises everywhere; reception area, spa, gym, pool area outside, restaurants, etc. You're good to go!

Hi, our room was 35 on a second floor! We have a partial view of ocean, mountains and was fantastic view!! Do not take a room with higher numbers higher!! Up to that number, there is kind of dark side there!
