A classy hotel hidden from view in the centre of Porto. We booked a well-appointed apartment and took full advantage of the location. Swimming pool not massive but not a surprise given the hotel's compact style. Our (then) young family enjoyed the ample and varied breakfasts, top marks from the boys!

We booked 3 nights at this hotel starting 20 September 2017 We arrived at 11:30 PM, and already at the reception we were very disappointed , We got a room and to reach it we went up the stairs (no elevator) and walked with the suitcases a long way The room was a bit big, with a kitchen and a view of the hotel's courtyard wall The main problem was that there were a large number of mosquitoes in the room and since my wife was allergic to mosquitoes, we had to leave the hotel immediately ( we left around 00:30 AM). The manager of the hotel (Bernardo) spoke to us on the phone and was really not nice to me and my wife He insisted that we pay for the three days even though we left the hotel. We agreed that the first evening would be paid and the other two nights would not be paid He insisted and even wrote a reply to Booking that he who offered us another room the next day... But he didn't understand that we could not stay because of my wife elergic In addition he wrote that he saw only 2 mosquitoes and really 2 mosquitoes were on the bed ... the rest were milling about in the room We travel a lot in the world and have never encountered such a humiliating attitude I also want to note that we did not cancel out of comfort or because we suddenly decided not to come ... We just did not get what we ordered…

Wonderful villa, a truly perfect small duplex apartment. Nice minibar, very well located, the nicest staff, almost perfect. Unfortunately, Internet was almost nonexistent in my room. If it weren't for that, it would have been Heaven on Earth.

Stayed for 2 nights with 2 friends on our recent stay in Porto. Great hotel and amazing location. Facilities were excellent, our room was spotless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

Yes. There are sun loungers in an enclosed garden with rooms facing onto it, behind the main hotel. Last week they were not in use because the weather wasn't good.

Il y a un parking mais je n' en connais pas le tarif, l 'entree de celui ci est sur l'arriere et bénéficie d'un ascenseur assez surprenant !
Se puede acceder por las dos entradas. El registro se hace por la puerta de abajo. Pero se puede salir y entrar por las dos puertas.
