Due to our high occupancy, we did not have opportunity yet to refurbish all rooms, including #301. Hello, at August 2019 there was some works on the road that runs beside the hotel on the garden side but not great annoyance even staying in the nearby pool. Please consider that the hotel is inside Funchal. This is very practical if you want to go out even in the evening but brings in some (distant) traffic noises. In any case we were able to sleep/relax with no problems.
