FOUR VIEWS BAIA

Booked a week here as part of jet 2 package. Superior room was worth the little bit extra. Nice breakfast, lovely staff. Pool area ok but near a noisy road. SPA pool great. It’s a bit of a walk into old town but not too bad.

Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, we regret the situation telephone and the impossibility of using it correctly, as soon we are informed, during your stay we would be happy to help you. Thank you for your very useful comments, it has been fixed and is now working in perfection. Not all categories have the same views and the same services included, perhaps on a next visit you may consider booking a suite or a superior room (those rooms have wonderful views to the city and sea and they are located on the higher floors, free drinks on the minibar & water, bathrobe & slippers and SPA facilities daily included, particularly in the suites there is also a bigger balcony and more), we will be more than glad to provide you a fantastic experience and to assist you in a future reservation according to your personal preferences. We greatly appreciate your comments about balconies, our architect when we renovated the Hotel decided to increase the living area in the room and created a bay window which usually all our returning guests appreciate this added value, this living area in the room allows you to enjoy the views either with sun or rain, you will always be able to enjoy the same wonderful views from the comfort of your room. Straight from the airport, the aerobus stops almost right outside the hotel (stop 8), super convenient. If you are walking, walk up the small hillside to the right. It looks like a back-way, but is actually the foot path. You can then walk on a small trail next to the car lane…

We are glad to know that you had a pleasant stay, and that you have enjoyed our service as well as the comfort of your room, and great location with stunning views which are in fact great assets of our Hotel. Regarding your recommendations about our breakfast, which we apreciate, we would like to clarify that in fact we only use some canned fruit as a lot of our guests enjoy it but we have besides fresh fruit salad, daily 3 variites of fresh fruit, perhaps you did not notice but then again it could have been a coincidence. Concerning our luggage storage, we have a surveillance system in the luggage room, you may not have noticed here but there are surveillance cameras in the room where you left your bag. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to the Four Views Baia on a future occasion and delivering to you the professional and friendly costumer that so many of our guests have experienced and continue to enjoy at Four Views Baia. Is there a laundry with coins? How much is it?

Dear Mr. Martin Linde, Thank you for writing to us. We would like to inform you that we do not have this type of machines in our hotel. However we have an exceptional laundry service that would treat your clothes with the utmost care (during the working days it takes 24h, at the weekend it takes 48h.). We are coming here in a weeks time. Are there hairdryers in all the rooms, and are they adequate for ladies with long hair?

No there aren’t - and you have to pay to use their towels so if you have room in your bad, bring your own!

We will be staying there New Year. Will there be a party or other arrangement?

I am almost certain there will be, when we stayed over the summer there was a weekly set of events organised to coincide with local calendar events and residents at the hotel either could access these for free or for a small fee depending on board basis. We found the front desk staff helpful in arranging this.

Hi. We would be self catering, does anyone know what the cooking facilities in the studio are like? Is there a bbq on the balcony? I can't see room details so info on bed layout ( 2 adults 2 kids) appreciated. Tia!

hi, no there is no bbq and I don't believe the hotel would allow it. the studio apartments are one big room with double bed and a pull out sofa bed and kitchenette. there is a hob, microwave /combi, fridge, basic cooking utensils and that's about it. the rooms are really nice with a spacious will equipped bathroom.
