Very nice hotel

Nice, clean and quiet hotel, good price with an excelent localization, private parking, not very big but you can find a lot of parking places not far from the hotel. It's five minute walking to the Sanctuary. Very nice staff. I'll will be back.

The food is poor there is no menu you get what you are given. Sometimes the waiters did not serve me.

Get a room at the back of the hotel as they are bigger than the ones at the front of the hotel. The sort of food served at dinner does not change. You will get the same sort of food every other day or every three days. Quality of food at dinner is poor I know I have been here…

Pilgrimage

Best Hotel in Fatima stayed here on many occasions and never a complaint. Staff amazing polite friendly and totally trustworthy. The hotel is immaculate and food very good quality. The hotel also has a chapel which is used by many groups.

Can I request a room with a balcony? I'm staying on 27th July for a week. I've had no luck emailing hotel directly. Sinead Lynch

I believe all rooms have a balcony. We stayed in one without even having to request for one.

In Tripadvisor/ Booking page it says that free parking was included, which was my filter but when I got the confirmation it says Guest parking No parking available. How can this be possible??? What happened? Thank You

What time is the first small tourist train that goes around fatima? and What time is the last trip of this train?

If you are staying at the Avenida Fatima hotel right across the street and a little ways down to the right side is a Tourist Information Office and we found that worth a visit but try the staff at the desk of the hotel first that might save you a walk.

Ola amigo! Sim, o hotel tem estacionamento próprio. É possível estacionar o carro em frente ao hotel também. No quarto que me hospedei tinha ar condicionado. Sugiro verificar essa opção na hora de fechar o quarto.
