    Great place tucked away from noise, spacious apartments and good customer service

    Hello x we are staying with you for a week in August. We are travelling from Lisbon airport. Would you be able to help us get arrange a taxi to the hotel please? Thanks.
    yes, hotel will arrange taxis, If you are travelling from UK there is an excellent service called rideways which we use for airport transfers. Our return fare from Lisbon airport was 48 euros including tips and taxes. Lovely big black cars and we felt like royalty. Very reliable

    can i just double check do the hotel provide towels? we are scheduled to arrive early june and booked a two bed apartment for 2 adults and 3 children? will there be towels provided for all the party? and are the changed daily? thanks in advance

    Hi we are a family of 5 2 adults and 3 children. Ages 4 8 and 9 at time of travel in june 2018. Can you advise which room will be best for me to book. The youngest child co slps with me and my husband so will not require an extra bed. Will a suite be suitable??if not do u have interconnecting rooms and if so which ones that will accomodate us. Thanks
    Good afternoon from CLUBE DO LAGO, Thank you for your inquiry. Our suggestion is a T2 suite apartment. 2bedrooms + 2 bathroom + 1 living room + 1 kitchenette. If you prefer a T1 suite apartment the children can sleep in extra beds in the living room. Do you know already the date you intend to travel? Kind regards

    "Ask for pool view"
    "rooms overlooking the pool seem better, due to the cobbled streets around the hotel traffic noise is very noticeable"
    "Rooms on the east side of the lower floor (3rd) get all the noise from the street and don't have a terrace."
    "Look at the hotel website for room options."
    "Rooms facing away from the road would not have any problems with noise."
