Are there safes or safety deposit boxes in this hotel?

Regarding you question: All bedrooms have a safety deposit box. To rent the key for the safe we charge 2,50 Euros per day and 10 Euros per week. Additional to this costs we ask as well for a deposit of 10 Euros , just in case of loss of the safe key, if you don't loose it, obviously, you will have at the end of your stay your 10 Euros back. is it a non smoking hotel

Yes it is a non smoking hotel, but on the roof top the hotel has a terrace and you will be able to smoke there and also to enjoy a drink with the cigars.

How far is the hotel from the beach?

Easy walk or a short ferry to the other side of the river. 2 minutes ferry 50 cent.

PROCEDURES FOR THE UNDERGROUND CAR PARK “FRENTE RIBEIRINHA” RIVER ROAD ON THE AVENIDA DOS DESCOBRIMENTOS IN LAGOS • The parking card is exclusive for Lagosmar clients • Limited to one parking space per room • Pre payment is obligatory directly to the car park • The card is only valid following check in • The card will be issued upon payment at the Car Park reception • Before payment all guests are requested to indicate at the Car Park reception the vehicle number plate. • Cardholders may enter and leave the car park various times each day • Only one vehicle is permitted per card • The incorrect use of a card will mean that the cardholder will be obliged to pay the normal public rates. • If a Lagosmar guest collect a different card, this ticket must be paid under the normal terms at the Car Park, unless this ticket taken at the time of check in, must be changed immediately at the Car Park Reception to an exclusive hotel guest card
