    Welcoming family run hotel

    Beautiful little hotel
    We loved this hotel. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable. The balcony was a bonus. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is on a quiet street. But, yet close enough to activities as long as you have a car.

    Are the older rooms good & with balcony? The newer rooms are a lot more to book & I do need comfy chairs to sit on and not just a bed & the older rooms look to have that. It’s lovely to read about returners to the hotel. I came to Algarve in 1984 and last 2008 so I guess I’ll be surprised! What about the walk to town & evenings? We are booked to go April next year. Any advice appreciated.
    Good evening Thank you for booking at Solar de Mós. The rooms at the hotel they have chairs and balcony. To walk to town it takes about 20 minutes, to get back 30 minutes.

    We will arrive by train. How accessible to train station, city center and other amenities are you? Will we need to take a taxi?
