Dear Madam, We thank you very much for taking the time to send us your comment, regarding your stay. We are glad to hear that you have enjoyed many aspects of our services and staff. Regarding the coffee/tea service our experiences tells us, that guests do go to the supermarket and buy coffee and tea, if they are staying longer. In addition, there is no packaged milk in small doses available on the market, only cream. Also, we would like to inform that we have benchmarked this system from other Hotels. However, receiving constructive criticism enables us to continually improve our standards of service. We will certainly train our female staff to be more friendly.
