Sines Sea View Business & Leisure Hotel garners high marks for its exceptional service and pristine cleanliness, as guests consistently commend the friendly staff and spotless facilities. While the atmosphere is modern and stylish, a few visitors feel it misses a touch of warmth. The accommodations offer comfort with contemporary amenities and stunning sea views, even though a handful have remarked on the rooms' modest dimensions and occasional upkeep needs. Its prime location with easy beach access and proximity to attractions, along with a good value proposition and well-liked amenities like the spa and rooftop bar, make it a popular choice among travelers.

Hotel with very interesting architecture.
Very efficient and proactive staff in resolving setbacks!
Parking the motorcycle inside the building was a good advantage, at zero cost!
Room and bathroom very clean, very comfortable mattress.
2 Negative points: The windows and frames in the room do not filter outside noise effectively. During the night I woke up several times with an industrial horn; The breakfast had little variety of solid foods, I didn't think it was compatible with the hotel's quality and number of stars.
Improvement option: Make the password available on the TV screen

Superb hotel, built to a high quality throughout. Brand new with very spacious and well designed rooms. Breakfasts were delicious and we dined at the restaurant on all 3 evenings, as the food quality was exceptional, with prices very reasonable. It has a great spa with pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. It is in a great position for walking around Sines and to do the first 3 Rota Vicentina trail stages. The staff were brilliant and provided us with some incredibly useful information for our stay. There also secure parking in a covered car park under the hotel. Highly recommended. Just don't understand why it's only 4 stars and not five.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I gave it 4 stars because it is a lovely hotel. New, clean ,very well decorated and furnished, nice views(from SV rooms).Excellent free parking.
However, this is primarily a business hotel. The only bit of leisure is the spa and indoor pool.(did not use).Forget staying here if you are on holiday. There is nothing to entice you here for a longer stay than a night or 2. Was quite expensive.
No outdoor pool( just a shallow decorative water feature). No sunbathing area with sunbeds etc. No facilities whatsoever for children. Rooms are small, barely enough for 2.Small balcony with just enough space for 1 small chair. No tea/coffee facilities. Only 1 pair of slippers in a room for 2. Weather was warm when we are there, yet the duvet was sufficient for an arctic winter,so sleep was uncomfortable.(pls think of summer bedding!)
Breakfast was OK. Coffee from machine was horrible. Powdered milk tasted terrible.
So ... if you are looking for a holiday hotel... this is not for you. Business trip...fine.

The bed was good, the pillows too, it was well soundproofed, because no noise was heard. Friendly team.
Breakfast a little weak, but what they had was good.
The jacuzzi worked 100%.
Indoor pool good, though small.
100% cleaning

I'm a bit torn. I expected a lot from the hotel, especially since the price is quite high for Portugal and a 4* hotel. The hotel is new and modern, rather sober, a business hotel. Rooms (superior) are rather small, even if they say they're 19m2. Frontal sea views are hardly worth it, unless the larger balcony is important. The spa is too small for the size of the hotel (capacity 25 people). Rooms are modern and furnished appropriately, mattresses rather hard. Breakfast buffet really good. Space is rather limited when the hotel is almost full, as it was on December 31st. The staff is the highlight of the hotel, super friendly, courteous and very professional, congratulations. Cleanliness in the hotel is very good. Hotel is recommended for one or two nights, as there is no outdoor pool, less so for holidays and families. Price, in my opinion rather too high for Portugal.
Até mais..

Hotel spectacular, but our stay was below expectations.
The hotel was with some crowding, the breakfast room was a little small in case the hotel is full.
I imagine in the summer that outer space will help.
We were unable to enjoy the spa which has a limit of 25 people and when we arrived around 18h there was only vacancy the day after 12h30, an hour after check out. It does not become pleasant after the excellent breakfast and for those who have to leave right after check out to continue the journey. Also when we left at 12h the spa was only with two couples inside, which we checked because the access to the garage by the elevator is on the same floor as the spa. What led us to pay too much for a hotel with spa on our stay did not help us in this case.
I think it would be an excellent advantage the hotel when it is with some crowd to question the client through the various platforms if you want to use the spa and if it is possible to make the pre-reservation.
In addition, the shower of room 121 is pretty dirty already with dirt trapped, which was not expected from a hotel unit of this kind and recently.
I sincerely believe that under other circumstances our experience would have been quite positive and even exceeded expectations.

Weak hotel for the super high price I paid.
Of the weakest breakfasts in a 4-star hotel, with only three varieties of pineapple/melon fruit and grapes , three varieties of bread but one of the days, I had to wait five minutes to reset. Orange juice had everything but natural and the remaining juices were from a machine loaded with sugar that was everything but fruit. Very weak indeed.
In the photos of the booking there was an outdoor pool, when I arrived I encountered the pool covered with calhaus, so there was a pool that closed it because it probably had many costs for the hotel for the number of guests, but I went to the reception to ask and said that in the photos there was a pool and there not, to what they answered ah that in the photos and a mirror of water, I had never heard a barbarity of these, but we are in Portugal if you hear of everything and where everything is super expensive for shit without any quality.
In the pictures you see if the blue background of the supposed pool now covered by calhaus this in July.

This was an inspiring, calm and great place to stay.
We had two nights at this place. The hospitality among all the staff was perfect.
The meals as well as the wine in the Restaurant were extreme good value for money.
I will definetly recommend the Hotel.

Maybe because it was out of season, we discovered the town Sines, as boring and sad.
