A nice, clean and pleasant room with a shower and a tub, Elegant breakfast. It was very rellaxing to sit in the living room and listening to classical music. Owner is very friendly and the whole experience is very homely.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Situated on the edge of a small village, it is an old renovated farmhouse. We were the only people staying that night and the owner had set up a sofa bed in the room so my son and I each had beds. The room was spotless and stylishly decorated. The breakfast was good; a choice of cereal, croissant, breads and eggs.

Stayed here for one night together with the colleague on the business trip. The B&B is very nicely established, you can see owners have put a lot of small details to make your stay as comfortable and cosy as possible. The rooms are clean and spacious, with nice bathrooms and door to the outside terrace. Breakfast was home made and really nice. I would recommend this place to anyone, even though this is not the cheapest option. The owner lady was very nice in all matters that we asked. Wishing her all the Best!

We were visiting Aalst for a family celebration and were delighted to chance on this B and B in the village of Hofstade, about 4 km from the town centre. It is in a large L-shaped modern building forming two sides of a traditional farmyard, with older farm buildings on the other side. The interior is airy and spacious, and rooms look out over the large, leafy gardens which are dotted with fruit trees (fresh figs for breakfast when we were there in late August/early September). Furnishings are simple but in excellent taste, with a selection of pictures on the walls. Guests have use of the large public rooms which include a vast sitting area with traditional stone fireplace and leather armchairs, and the dining room where Stephanie Leheureux serves a fantastic breakfast, with lots of local produce, including local cheeses and home made jams. Guests are welcome to us the contents of the fridge and to sign an honesty book for what they have consumed. All in all a really lovely, civilised experience.

I stay here whilst on business and it's super. Very friendly and welcoming, simple and tasteful, and the breakfast is too nice to rush with wholesome organic food. Evelyne is very helpful and kind. It's also pleasant to be able to make a pot of tea late in the evening in the splendid kitchen. Good WIFI reception, bikes available and a decent restauant 10 minutes walk away. Make sure you have the address logged into your SAT NAV, it's tricky to find, especially at night..
