Amazing experience at the Radisson Collection Grand Place Brussels. We spent there the weekend and we were amazed by the professionalism of the staff and the attention to details. The room was super well equipped, pillows are extremely comfortable as well as the mattress. The breakfast was a very rich buffet, with many choices, hot and cold. The hotel fully applies all COVID precautionary measures, we felt very safe. It is also well located, just 5 minutes walk away from Grand Place.
We will definitely come back to the Radisson Collection every time we will be in Brussels.

Family friendly hotel, took our baby (under 1 years old), asked for a cot and was provided with sheets, blankets and toiletries for little one which was a bonus.Local to grand place, a short walk, so we were able to head back for pit stops, nappy changes and feeds etc. Exceptionally clean hotel in public spaces. Only negative was that the cot arrived late to our room which was a shame as little one had to have her nap in her pram and not the cot as planned which wasnt ideal (doesnt nap long in prams). Expected our room to be cleaned and fresh towels when we returned from our day out (4pm), this was not the case and we had to ask for fresh towels which was disappointing as you expect this to be done for the price you pay for the room. No complimentary water on arrival in room, housekeeping came later (think this must have been forgotten originally). Great location, breakfast was nice, high chairs provided, decent breakfast to start the day.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic customer service. We felt at home instantly, we chose an executive room which included a glass of champagne every evening and a delicious appetizer. All the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and our room was comfortable and very clean.

After arriving at the hotel by cab, no one carried our luggage. We carried our luggage to our room by ourselves. After checking in, when we got to our room, we found a lot of empty bottles on the door in front of the room. When we entered the room, there were only amenities for one person, even though we booked for two, and the floor was covered with dust. I then asked Dial 9 to make up the bed on the sofa bed, 2 hours passed and nothing was done. I directly asked the housekeeper who was walking down the hallway to make up the bed for the sofa bed, but she called reception and left without doing anything. The next day, when I went to reception regarding my request to change the room I had requested the day before, reception did not hear the handover and I had to explain the situation again from the beginning. The receptionist explained that the room would be ready at 14:00, so I went to the reception at 14:00. The receptionist replied that the room would only be ready at 16:00. Again, there was no handover, and when I explained the situation again from the beginning, the room that was ready was downgraded. I had emailed reception three times to request a late check out at 4pm, but it has been over 15 hours and still no response. The lounge access at this hotel is one of the few hotels in the world that does not offer breakfast. This hotel can only offer the worst service in the world.

When you arrive at the hotel you expect great things, but the moment you leave the ground flour you are hit with the reality that there is practically no cleaning done during the day. Even the areas for their highest paying (The Lounge) were obviously not cleaned for hours which made it extremely unsatisfying to use them. The air conditioner was also not up to standard, it wasn’t strong enough to cool the room down to an acceptable sleeping temperature even when running at full blast. In the end I paid about 700 euros for a one night stay in their suite and I can say that I will never send anyone to this hotel ever unless I want to punish them.

On arrival, noticed a bad musty smell from the floor of the reception. The greet and explaination was robotic and unwelcoming. Improper briefing was done with no immediate solution offered for an early check in as the room was not ready. We wanted to pay for an early checkin and were then told it was only possible if we upgraded to an executive room and also in addition pay for an early check-in. For an executive room, it looked very similar to the room we originally booked. Same size and design.
No rapport was made with us, asking how our journey here was, where we came from etc.
Housekeeping knocked on our door only once and entered immediately without waiting for a response. Lack of communication between reception and housekeeping on our early arrival. The complimentary water in the room, we had to call and ask for it to be refilled by around 5pm and were told they were busy. The bathroom door hits against the shower glass, which is dangerous. The bathroom design is very small and water from shower easily flows out to bedroom area.
We were told that access to our floor is with keycard, but we were able to get access without it. No one greeted us or asked how our stay was, during the entire stay. For a hotel claiming to be 5 star. This is definitely not a 5 star attitude or even close to that level of service.

I stayed here when it was still known as the
Radisson Blu Royal Hotel. I remember the huge renovation works ongoing during my stay. It marred the experience slightly but I appreciated the fact that I did not encounter any noise issues throughout my stay. This hotel is situated right smack in the middle of Brussels and walking distance from major attractions such as the Manneken Pis and of course the Grand Place. The area is dotted by multiple shops selling different versions of the famous Belgian Waffle which I still have fond memories of till this day. There is an alluring charm to this area and I dream of going back again someday after the pandemic is over and once again walk the cobblestone streets with waffle in hand. If the price is right, I would also like to stay here again in this newly renovated hotel. I recall the comfortable, quiet rooms and high quality breakfast I had during my last stay and would like to enjoy the Radisson experience once again!

We came to the hotel after a long drive and checked in with two kids. The bathroom was not cleaned and it had poop all over the place. It was disgusting and not even flushed. The bell boy who came with our luggage saw it and he flushed the toilet and apologised. We went down to use the common toilets and while the kids used it, I went to request the front desk to clean the bathroom. The front desk person called Sara was extremely rude and asked me what I wanted to do about it! The bell boy was next to her told her that it needed to be cleaned. I told this Sara that she needs to at least apologise and she is customer care! She didn't acknowledge me at all. We left for unch and walk and came back to the room. Then we saw the bathroom again was not cleaned properly and when I called front desk some guy answered and he again was abrupt when I told him that there are toiletries of the previous guest left including shower gel half opened. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager called Nicole came and saw it. She apologised but was not friendly again. She said she will send someone to clean. We arrived at 2.30pm. now it is 7pm and we are still waiting for someone to clean our bathroom so we can use it! Really appalled by the customer care service and cleanliness of the hotel!!! I cannot express my disgust and disappointment with the level of customer care service and lack of basic hygiene standards at this hotel. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend anyone to stay at the Radisson hotel in Brussels.

1) Hygiene and cleanliness: We booked a suite to make our stay comfortable in every way possible, we received the room dirty, stains were all over the kitchen counter and rooms, unbelievable and ironically funny how a small spoon was in the bathroom after walking in, we ordered room service other than the fact that our food arrived cold all the plates and tea cups were dirty ( after raising the concern to the reception they apologized and went to offer more food thinking that its what we need rather all that was asked of them is to get right the first time as a “five star” hotel ).
2) Room service: the fact that a collection hotel has their cleaning service done by 4 PM itself is funny but we worked around it but on one day of the stay altho we had the Dnd sign on the door they still knocked the room door woke us up to state that they are leaving @3 PM today so do we want them to clean or not, the kitchen equipments came to the room finally after asking for them for four days in a row out of a five day stay, and the only number that actually picks up on the phone is the reception number.
3) Concierge: on the day of check out we called for someone to help us with the luggage expecting this is the least and last thing to be surprising to us yet their answer to us was their are no staff to help in that matter as the dedicated staff are to arrive at 3 PM and the check out ironically is at 12 PM and its when their most in need.
4) Maintenance: We asked them to fix the water pressure in the bathroom and the fact their is no hot water in the bathroom and left the room only to come back to the room with shoe stains of the staff who were working in the room left behind in the bathroom and not cleaned, Of course because the cleaning service leave @4 PM this was their answer when called to state that its unacceptable to be left in such condition
Facilities: the executive lounge is closed because they cant control their drunk crowd, and parking space entrance and exit is good if you have a bike but if you drive a car ( GOOD LUCK )
At the end this was the worst hotel experience in my life and to state that am a gold member in hotels.com and a level 3 in booking and an international airline crew so i have stayed in hotels in 86 countries to be exact and i have never in my life seen such a bad experience

It was good, but not exceptional.
Location wise was perfect, room was spacious, breakfast servants were extremely friendly. Bed was comfy.
Toilets had to be cleaned much more thoroughly, they let me wait till 4 pm to check in (waited an hr and a half) and during check out i asked if i could extend it till 3pm instead of 12 pm and they asked for extra charge. Im used to 5 star hotels not mentioning extra charges.. it was embarrassing honestly.
