Great room with amazing service and ammenienties. Breakfast was served in the room and we could order food from a restaurant because of Covid-19 regulations. 100% recomended specially if you are looking to live a romantic experience with your significant other. The room "octopus" is beautiful, amazing view and located in the heart of Harlem

Experience brilliant from start to finish. We arrived and we’re pleasantly greeted by 3 lovely ladies at the desk. One lady checked us in, helped us with our bags and brought us into the room and showed us around and how to use all the features. The table was set for us for if we’d like to order some dinner and there were 2 complimentary bottles of wine, beers, soft drinks and some snacks, there were also snack desks throughout the hallways with fresh fruit, water and chocolates. The bubblebath and rain shower were amazing and a great way to relax. There was a relaxing terrace where you could smoke located close to the rooms. We left luggage in hold after our stay and they were also very accommodating with that! Will definitely be back!

We stayed here recently whilst touring both Haarlem and Amsterdam. The accomodation was excellent, clean and suited our needs. We did not choose to have their breakfast which we thought expensive, instead we ate at local cafe's in Haarlem.

The suites are located very centrally within the city, the perfect location for a stay here.

The journey to and from Schiphol Airport was easy, we used the trains and bought the Amsterdam and Region rail cards - great value.

The journey to and from Amsterdam was also fine. There are lots of very good, quick and clean trains.

Haarlem is a great place to stay, you can go into Amsterdam for the day and come back to Haarlem and enjoy the evenings, with good food, great beer and all in a lovely setting.

The Brass Hotel Suites was not the cheapest option, but it was great and we would recommend them.

The suite was well equipped but very much overpriced. The walls are very thin and the bed is located right next to the door. Behind the door is the elevator so every time somebody comes home a late we woke up. When you fill in the jacuzzi the room is full of water steam because the windows can't be opened (see photo). The air that came out of the electric ventilation was stinking. The staff gave us a tissue box from Ikea to lock the window in place so would could get fresh air.
On the first day of our stay I already asked for a bill of our booking, which we only received four days after we returned home - in total one week after I asked for it.

next to a large parking garage (150 meters) in a side-street of Het Spaarne is this nice hotel. Reception is easy to find and friendly professional staaf brings the building next door. The star case is not too wide but brings you to the hotelfloors. Either 1st or 2cnd floor. Nice spacious rooms with a good bed rainshower large TV and some chairs. Ik looks nice and comfortable.
The AC works great. The city center is at your doorstep with nice restaurants and the BAVO church( with a famous organ that is used very often) Good location, we have heard no noice at ( friday)night. Highly recommended hotel! Breakfast can be ordered but there are restaurants nearby where you can eat breakfast.
Not cheap but value for money

We enjoyed the location of the hotel and so glad we stayed in Haarlem instead of Amsterdam. We took the train into the city, station is a 10 minute walk from hotel thru cute town. The room (name:Sardine) was roomy. The mini fridge is stocked with complimentary wine and beer and on each floor there is a snack table with all kinds of complimentary treats for the taking. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. The reception also had coffee and treats. The hotel was very quiet never heard noise from the street or hallway. They provide robes and slippers and the king bed was comfy. Hotel like town was quaint and lovely.

My boyfriend and I stayed one night at Brasss Hotel (last night) in "Corona time", to celebrate our anniversary together. We were surprised with the amazing room service , size & amenities bedroom. Everything we needed to spend a romantic time together. We also appreciated very much the Prosecco we ordered in advance. The breakfast was delicious, warm bread and croissants delivered to the room :) Perfect for a couple to escape the difficult & monotone time of isolation at home! We are very happy :)

Chose to stay 1 night in Haarlem for the formula 1 Grand Prix and my partners birthday and chose to stay at brass hotels and SO GLAD WE DID. Never met friendly and more welcoming staff, they allowed us to leave our bags and even prepared our room for us earlier than check in allowed. Only to find out that they upgraded us! Initially booked suite Amazon and they upgraded us to Suit Atlantic which had a mini bar with everything in it free of charge, bathtub, couch even a steam room! We were welcomed with some lovely wine and balloons on top of this because of it being my bf’s birthday. We paid to have breakfast already which they bring to the room and was warm a delicious with a great selection. They also provided us with a map of Haarlem and their suggestions that included, walking routes, restaurants, and more. Everything was clean, lovely, and great quality. Every single staff member was unbelievably friendly and although the hotel itself was indeed very nice, I would say they made it 10x better. Would definitely recommend.

(I would say that the stairs are very steep in the Netherlands’s in general and the lift to get us to the floors was a bit worrisome to use as it kept stopping)

The so-called Diamonds of the Sea suite, where we stayed for two nights, is not a suite at all, but just a large room with a small sitting area as well as a washbasin, shower, large bathtub and a small sauna. The only separate room is the toilet. I have not measured the room, but I doubt that it is really 70 sqm as stated. The shower is visible from the rest of the room, and it is particularly unpleasant that the bed is right next to the door to the corridor, which is not particularly well soundproofed. Unfortunately, the standard of the room is not at all what one would expect from a hotel in this price range: Furniture and floor tiles make a cheap impression, and the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities was not satisfactory either. The rooms are not in the building shown in the photo on the website. All in all, a rather disappointing experience. Half price would have been appropriate for this accommodation, but as it is, this hotel is heavily overpriced. However, the breakfast was good for the price and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
