It was very difficult to stay even for one hour. Never got a refund for the nights that actually we never stayed when we faced such a rude staff , a dirty situation that we want to forget and ruined our trip .

Fun for young travelers

While it was a little more pricey and the hotel rooms are rather small, this is a great way to travel for younger crowds. We arrived and immediately had the greetings of our neighbors with open doors. For people who are traveling for a few short days, it is a great central location just minutes away from the red light district, shopping, and the party scene. I felt very safe here and met some amazing young travelers who we actually ended up going out and doing things with! I would stay here again if I came back!!…

Tight rooms for a very high price

The hotel has a great location, but that’s it. The guy at the reception wasn’t very nice and the rooms were extremely tight for the price payed. You have to sleep almost head to head with your neighbor. And if you have a big luggage forget this place, the stairs are so steep that it is almost impossible to carry them up, luck me that I only had a backpack. …

OH DON’T DO IT

The location is GOOD and the beds are actually comfy —- but that’s it. Ok to set the scene, we had all smoked a lot of weed prior to checking in because we had 4 hours before check in. When we made it to the hotel, we got our bags and were given the keys to room 18 the last room. One flight of stairs and I couldn’t climb anymore, I could not rest my suitcase anywhere because the stairs were so thin one wheel couldn’t even rest on one step. I had to get the receptionist man to help (which he did). So we climb up 5 flights of stairs only to be met by a ladder ... leading into an attic. We entered the room, all sat down and stared at eachother, whilst smelling the pungent toxic faeces smell (which did not get any better for the 3 nights we were there). With hairy pillows and dirty walls, we knew we had been done over for the price we paid. So if you get this room, don’t worry, it did turn out to be hysterical and the room made the trip 10x funnier. But if we went again we would not go near this place. It was dirty and the toilet blocked by the end of it, we had to crouch to walk anywhere in our ‘room’/hole. The receptionist lady who we complained to didn’t give a toss. If you’re a group of girls who do not mind paying to stay in the slums of Amsterdam like we did, then go ahead. But in future it is a no from us…

Worst experience in my life

I found this hotel really bad, it`s dirty and the staff is incompetent and disrespectful. I wouldn't even recommend it to my enemy. If I could go back I would never book this hotel. Not recommended. My advice is to avoid it at all costs.
