Stayed here for my 50th in Aprill 2018 with 8 of us. Terrible. Aa soon as we arrived the shower wouldnt drain away and was cotunually flooding. This meant we had to stand in eachothers dirty water. Tv was not viewable. Ceiling started leaking and dripping onto floor. Dangerous obstructions on stairs throughout stay. Staff just fobbed us off in a nice way. I would give this place no stars if I could. Other goid write ups on here must be fake. We have made an official complaint to hotel who are ignoring us at the miment. I have made a complaint to booking.com as well for even advertising this place to the publuc.…
Stayed here with a group of friends (14) for a few days relaxation. What a lovely comfortable and friendly hotel. Hotel has a restaurant which we used a couple of times. Food was nice and tasty and variety was good. Rooms were comfy and beds ?.....well best sleep I ever had away!!! Hotel was on the main strip and is handy for access to the canals. cafes restaurants and shops. Found the shopping really affordable and of good quality. Would definitely return here again whether in a group,or as a couple and would also do alone as the area was easy to reach by yourself and it also felt safe so would be comfortable for a lone female traveller.…
I thought this place was great for me, a solo traveler. I could see how 2 or more people could get a bit crowded. The staff are very helpful but front desk called a taxi to airport for me, told me it would be 35 Euro's Taxi charged me 60 Euro's felt like a set up, but to be fair I should have verified with driver before I got in. Room was clean and comfortable BEWARE!!!. Lots of very, very steep stairs to haul luggage up to your room.…
Spent 3 nights here in 2004, was then a great wee place with a steakhouse restaurant below it. I believe that has changed now. Would still go back as it is a very central location just 5 minutes walk from the railway station.
Although it was in the centre of the city and accessible to restaurants, Grand Central station, tourists offices, palace, etc. but the condition of the hotel and the pricing which is way beyond expensive so now I will not go there again nor I will recommend anyone to stay there. The room was like a little bigger than a grave.…
